Professional and experienced technicians. Enjoyed our last experience as they were able to get a makeup stain out that I was worried about. Always friendly.
The men you sent to clean the carpets were great and the carpets looked about as good as I could have hoped for. I did purchase the upsell of the stain guard, but I haven't been back to the home since the day of the cleaning and consequently I don't have an opinion of how the cleaning will hold up. I am hopeful.
Service
Quick and efficient. I was asked many times if I had any questions for my technician. He made sure I was satisfied with every area he cleaned, (one couch and carpet in three rooms), before moving on to the next area. He was very polite and answered my questions knowledgably. My couch looks brand new and my carpets look great!
Friendly people
The carpet looks brand new. The service was great. Communication was really good. Calls were made to me on exact time that they would be coming.
I was told by technician that I would be emailed a receipt and a 7 year guarantee for the protectant put down in the living room. I received neither and am still waiting.
The technician was professional and obviously very experienced. He was able to make a very trafficked carpet area look like new. We are very impressed by the product and service!

I really love the technicians who are sent out AND that my carpets are cleaner than with any other service. They take the time to do a satisfactory job for the homeowner.

When cleaning my carpet the first technician Dallin had a hose break. Soaked my carpet. Then next day I called and said the carpet was still very wet. Joseph came out and sucked the water out of the carpet. Joseph was great. Dallin was ok.
The (very old) carpets cleaned up beautifully and the technician was very thorough, polite and efficient. Will definitely use Zerorez again.
Gets my carpet clean!
The process went perfectly, from the notifications of time of arrival to the carpet drying in the timeframe claimed by the technician. First time using Zerorez but it won't be the last.
I loved the end result don't get me wrong. To be honest I was only dissapointed in the method of measuring rooms and prices. On the phone I said three rooms and two halls. I understood there would be a water fee and total I was estimated $124. I found that fair. Two rooms were full of furniture that wouldn't be moved and one room was fairly empty. I am almost sure I wasn't made aware of the "room" dimension requirements and oversized room fees. I read my advice on the email about having things vacuumed and that there would be fees to move furniture and thought I had my bases covered. After my technician measures and told me he'd charge twice for an oversized room I was surprised and then looked at the ***at the bottom of my email to then be informed about dimensions, oversiz fees and that rooms are the same price regardless of how much furniture is in the room. This would have been really great to be informed about on the phone so that I wasn't surprised. Again this may have been covered in my phone consultation, and the technician told me it should have, but I'm pretty sure it was missed
I really loved the kindness of all representatives and the thorough job executed on the carpets. I did feel I'd share this because I wasn't thrilled at the qualm of price and fees and that made me less willing to recommend it to friends and family.
