No residue and friendly technicians

The carpets were noticeably cleaner and softer. The tech the performed the service was polite, concerned and informative.
The carpets are clean and stay clean longer than any other carpet cleaners we have tried.
There was also a very clean smell after the sanitizing which was needed because dogs had been living there. The techniquion was very careful to make sure it could be removed before wasting our money and did a very thorough job.

How clean the areas got.
Carpet was very wet. at 8 hrs my hand would still get wet. 24 damp, 48 to put furniture back in. varnish from grandfather clock bled to carpet.
The carpet was left soaking wet. Took 3 days to dry. Some spots were left untouched. We had to clean them ourselves after the technician had left. All the hype about Zerorez is just that. Hype. I won't use your service again.
There's not a place for comments so I'm taking advantage of this spot. There were several delays before someone came to clean. Finally a replacement was sent out... Jeremy was VERY helpful and thorough. He did a great job and was worth the wait. He discussed different options and helped me decide what would meet my budget. My only complaint with the company is they need to deliver the bonus they iffer in the advertisement. i.e months ago they advertised 2 free hours of Merry Maids house cleaning. Then I inquired about it, the technician said I'd have to call in for that which I did.. TWICE but never received it. This time was $25 gift card to Provo Beach. I was told they'd make sure the technician brought one. Because of the long wait.. I forgot to ask and nothing was said. I don't think that's very good PR for Zerorez.... The technicians should give it to the customer when they receive payment. Jeremy deserves a bonus.. He was GREAT!
You clean my carpets better than anyone and they are not so wet after

I LOVE this company! I had several pet stains on carpet and they are now completely gone. And I mean gone, not just covered up. Pricing is beyond fair and the results are excellent. I also had the tech clean/seal grout in my kitchen. Wow, what a difference. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service in all areas!

Every time you come, there is such a professional person that comes. They are always so good with providing a quality experience.
Carpets are clean
Professional and respectful representatives. The cleaner went right to work and I observed him really working on the spots. Not a quick go over like most places. He was really working to remove them. I also had a 120 lb dog that had had major surgery and was resting near the staircase being cleaned. The cleaner was very conscientious of the dog when moving his equipment upstairs and said "miss I see the dog is sick I can work around him". How 🙆 awesome is that! I like how the carpet dried fast too, not wringing wet like others. And the cleaner asked that we wear socks if we have to walk on it and explained why. My carpets look and smell awesome! These carpets are at least 7 years old and he did a great job.
Quick and through, cleaned stains I thought impossible to remove.

Zero Rex was quick, thorough, and my carpets look great. The info on their process makes sense. I will definitely use them again. The technician was very pleasant professional.
The price ended up being much more than expected. Our provider was knowledgeable, respectful and kind, but a bit talkative.
