We've been Zerorez customers for several years, but this most recent service is the best we've ever had. Our technician, Isaias Melchor, did an outstanding job. Our carpets look better than they have since we moved into the home 7 years ago. I think we'll request Isaias every time from here on out.

Isaias did an awesome job as usual. I had him clean tile this time and he did a great job. I like that the process used for the carpets. They fell so clean without being worried about soapy residue. I also like that special offers are offered to valued customers. I was disappointed though that I receive an e-mail every month except for the 1 month that you had the best promotion on tile ($25 for 100 sq feet). Isaias gave me some other options though that worked out and I was happy that I was still able to get my tile cleaned.

the dry time was twice as long as what they told me
What I like is that there is no chemical smell and that the carpets and upholestry dried without the sticky feel to them.

Great staff. Quick service. They did a good job, even on our worn carpet.
On time, didn't take very long, service people were friendly and asked if I was OK with the job while they were doing it so I could ask them to go back if necessary. But they were thorough and didn't need them to go back and fix anything. I like that it dies quickly with no chemical smell or residue.

Put Teflon tape or a small rubber strip on the face and sides of the cleaning head to reduce the likelihood of scratching baseboards. The technician was constantly smacking the baseboards and legs of furniture.
