You cause damage to my floor and it took three and a half weeks to get someone to come look at it and get it fixed. Then you sent a supervisor and a general manager to fix the floor who did not have the tools or supplies. They only replaces 99 percent of the padding leaving a strip of old pad on the north end of the room. Also they were very unprofessional the supervisor Joseph turned off my camera at one point and then he and the manager Jake were joking about throwing the carpet tool at my camera. I then had another carpet service company come and reclean the carpet due to the smell from the damage you caused. You could give me a full refund on the services that you provided. The tech chipped the entry tile
While the technician was very efficient, your tools need improving. Had to have him return to get out stains caused by moisture left in my Berber carpet. Also, too many phone calls and mixed communication from office. Your claim that carpet dries in 4-6 hrs is not true. Took overnight, like most companies.
The results, however, are very good.

*Appt was to be for around 2 pm. I was called at ll:45, !2:15 and 12:35 to see if they could come.
*Technition was courteous and seemed to do a good job, (we have new carpet so it always looks good). What I was disappointed in was
that the carpet was so wet with water it squished between my toes when I walked across it. I had him go over the area two times and
still felt it was excessively wet. I like the fact there is no soap, but feel excessive water is bad to leave standing on carpet and pad.

You offered $29 for one room. When I called you said it would be $150 minimum. Then added an additional cost for water disposal. It smacks of false advertising.
We bought a house that had carpets desperately in need of a good carpet cleaning. I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to get all of the stains out. They did! The carpets look so good. I had thought the carpets were gray...after carpet cleaning they changed color to a light brown! I'm so impressed with how clean they look!

Arrived as told, they would, dressed professional, did the job, and made suggestions.
The carpets looked OK but the stairs were not done to my satisfaction. My daughter was here and paid him but I would have made him redo the stairs. Disappointed in his service!

Your service agents are so willing to make sure the clients are happy and satisfied before leaving the job site. He went over an area for me many times trying to get it clean (we decided the carpet fibers were too worn to come clean- when it was dry, that area still looked dingy!)
How amazing how carpet looks and you don't use harmful chemicals to clean which can also ruin the carpet.
Enjoy the fact that the carpet dries quickly without being "crunchy" to walk on.

Very professional. No surprises. They were very good to review options and give me the actual price out the door - and keep to their word. They were also very knowledgeable answering all of my questions and patient with me. We do have an area that appears to be "wicking" - they talked about it. So, we may need to have them come back out - which they said they were happy to do. Overall though very happy with our experience.
Thank you for a great service. The technician was meticulous. I loved having a 30-60 min appointment window rather then 4 hours and the prices were reasonable and fare. Also I loved the new technology of pulling up carpet residue and not soaking the carpets.
The representative we had was very polite and did a good job. We had used you years ago and I was not very impressed so I tried other companies but we tried again and were satisfied this time.
