I chose Zerorez because I like the idea of not having the soap residue left in the carpet to attract dirt. The carpet looks very clean and dried quickly. All of the employees from the schedulers to the operator were courteous and helpful.

The technician that came out and cleaned my carpets was so awesome… I've use your resin the past and have never had such a good job done… I think his name was Dan
He was kind of an older guy but was so thorough and really took pride in his work… He was so knowledgeable about what he was doing and you could tell he really was dedicated to making sure customers were taken care of

I don't know that I am disappointed but not 100% satisfied. I feel overall the dirty traffic areas are lighter and that is good but. There were several small stains that don't look any different than before except now a few of the small stains are actually crusty feeling so I wonder really how well the system works on stains. That said the guy who did our carpets was very professional and explained everything and answered all my questions. He was awesome! I guess my husband and I are weren't wowed.

This was the first time I've had this done. Overall I'm happy with the results. My carpet down stairs still shows a stain out of the wear pattern, like it wasn't pretreated. I was surprised how wet my stairs were; REALLY wet. I'm happy with my clean sofa but one cushion shows a few stains still, again probably not pretreated. I also found it amusing that he stated his tank was full and if he could dump it on my lawn it would save him time but he'd still have to charge me the fee so he'd give me a deal on the carpet treatment. Really? How is it not standard procedure to empty the tank before you get to the next job?
