You guys made things worse in one room. You brought up a bright red stain in the middle of the room that wasn't there before. We wished we wouldn't have gotten the carpets cleaned in the first place.
The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained his things work in simple matter that we could understand. Our couches were horrible! But he made them look great!

Our carpets are always clean and dry quickly. Our most recent technician, Cory, did a fantastic job. He made sure everything looked great. We have been using Zerorez since 1993 (or maybe a little before that!). We have always been happy with the service, but this time everything seems even cleaner. We have had other companies a few times during these years, but they don't get the stains out and the carpet is stiff and smells bad after cleaning. (Chemical smells)

No residue. Dries fast. Our technician, Cory Spade, was kind, easy to work with, and locked up after he was done. He even shut the blinds on all the windows. I would want him specifically to come clean my carpets again.

Last time the person cleaned it all really well. This time there are still dirty areas on my couch and some spots on my carpet
Our light colored carpets in both the bedroom and front areas when cleaned looked amazing. A few days later it didn't look so great. The guy came back out and redid some of the areas looked fine for a few hours then not so much later. It might be because the carpet is old I don't know.

After the carpet dried, it was cruchy and smelled dirty. I expected soft and fresh. Not sure how it could be made right ?
