The technician (Jeremy) was very courteous, professional and thorough. However, I expected the cleaning process to be more effective than it was. There were several higher traffic areas that did not clean up as I had hoped.
There are still rough spots that did not get cleaned in the middle of rooms and near beds where he sprayed
The cleaning with no chemicals. Reasonably priced, especially with coupons. Men took time to explain and show me the results.
I was satisfied with the technician cleaning my carpets, he did a very good job. However, he did not protect the corners of my walls/baseboard trim and every single corner that he dragged his hoses around is scuffed up or scratched. I just remodeled my house less than a year ago so all the wall corners/baseboard trim was in perfect condition. I will now have to paint every one of the corners to get rid of all the scuff marks and scratches. I have had my carpets cleaned by another company a few years ago and they put plastic guards on every corner so their hoses would not damage my corners. Your technician also took a pretty good chunk out of one of my new door frames and I will have to fix it as well. I am in a service industry that has installers go into peoples homes to perform services but we always protect the customers home from damage. With some simple plastic guards to go around all the corners, I would have been very satisfied with everything but now I am very upset that my home was damaged so badly, especially since I just spent a lot of time and money to remodel it less than a year ago.
Great service and carpets stay clean longer
My carpet is actually clean! I love that there are not residues left (I have a crawling baby). The technician that came out was very professional, thorough, and took the time to address my individual concerns. He listened when I told him what spots I especially wanted cleaned and showed me them when he was done. Excellent customer service, thank you!
1) The spots I pointed out to the tech still looked dirty when finished.
2) There are lots of wrinkles/bubbles in the carpet when finished (It's so bad that I will probably have to ge my carpet stretched)
3) In one corner of the bedroom the carpet is now pulled off of the tack strip. I can't fix this myself, again I will have to call in someone to fix it.
The two gentlemen who came were very nice and willing to help me out by explaining the product and what they do.
I like knowing that they are safe for my family and help our home stay clean.

I felt that your technician was very knowledgeable. He was efficient. Most of the carpet was dry with in a few hours. I did have a dog spot he treated in the master bedroom (which I didn't realize would be so expensive prior to the cleaning). It had a small dark spot before the carpet was cleaned. He found a larger area with the black light, probably 2' x 1'. It took 2 days to dry and it now has two caramel colored spots about as big as your hand. The only other complaint I have is that one of the rooms was left with a stiff feel to the carpet once it dried. It was in the middle of the room and at the door. If you talk to the Technician you can tell him it was in the dark green room where the computers were. I would still have ZEROREZ come again. The living room look fabulous. The only other thing I think I would change was that your tech told me how terrible my vacuum is. It is only 4 months old and he blamed the carpet fibers he pulled out of a 15 year old carpet on the 4 month old vacuum. At the time I really didn't think much of it at the time but after words I felt that unsolicited information about my vacuum was a little insensitive. Some one else might have been very offended. He almost sounded like a vacuum salesman not a carpet cleaner
I have heard fab reviews of your carpet cleaning- but my upholstery cleaning was lackluster and was very disappointing. Next time I'll do it myself or hire someone else- the bed still looked very dirty after
