That there are no chemicals
It's quick and it cleaned my carpets very well. Wonderful technician!
You always do a great job of getting spots out of the carpets.
Put Teflon tape or a small rubber strip on the face and sides of the cleaning head to reduce the likelihood of scratching baseboards. The technician was constantly smacking the baseboards and legs of furniture.

The service really cleaned a dirty carpet from my last renter.

The young man cleaning the carpet was very polite and did a great job. He honored the price I was given at the home and garden show because I wasn't told the price would be more if the rooms were bigger. I really hate when you are told one price then they try to raise the price when they get to the house. Thanks again to the young man who did the right thing and honored the price I was told.
