The carpets looked OK but the stairs were not done to my satisfaction. My daughter was here and paid him but I would have made him redo the stairs. Disappointed in his service!
Scotch guard! Fast, friendly service too
Your service agents are so willing to make sure the clients are happy and satisfied before leaving the job site. He went over an area for me many times trying to get it clean (we decided the carpet fibers were too worn to come clean- when it was dry, that area still looked dingy!)
How amazing how carpet looks and you don't use harmful chemicals to clean which can also ruin the carpet.
Enjoy the fact that the carpet dries quickly without being "crunchy" to walk on.

Very professional. No surprises. They were very good to review options and give me the actual price out the door - and keep to their word. They were also very knowledgeable answering all of my questions and patient with me. We do have an area that appears to be "wicking" - they talked about it. So, we may need to have them come back out - which they said they were happy to do. Overall though very happy with our experience.
Thank you for a great service. The technician was meticulous. I loved having a 30-60 min appointment window rather then 4 hours and the prices were reasonable and fare. Also I loved the new technology of pulling up carpet residue and not soaking the carpets.

It was fast and I was amazed at how much dirt came up from my tile. I was very pleased with the end results.
One thing that I did not appreciate is that your guy left the cleaning machine on my hardwood floor and it stripped a small area of its stain.
I will certainly use your services again but will make sure that they are careful to not leave any machine running while on the hardwood.
Ben does an amazing job. He works so fast but is also very thorough. I was surprised how fast my carpet dried. And my tile looks brand new! I will ask for Ben again.

I like that detergents are not used .
i have light colored carpet. It was clear where the technician did his reps, and there were a few weird spots that appeared after it dried. Had to have someone come back again. Everyone was very nice to work with, though, but it was kind of a pain. Better to have it right the first time.
Your service tec and products are the best. We like the way you set up the time to do the work and the way we were treated. We have used several company's over the years but yours is the best by far. We tell every one to use Zerorez.
Personal that service are excellent, final product is outstanding!
The only item we have to go on at this point is the air purifier and having our dryer vent cleaned - we plan to have our carpets cleaned by you after our house is painted. Thus far, we have been very pleased.

I have used Zerorez before and I have always been happy with the service and the people doing the work. My carpets are very clean and the technicians are very polite, helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Too expensive
It restores my wood floor and carpet to look like it has just been installed.
My appointment was set up for the afternoon and next thing I know the technician was called me at 9am telling me they are there and no one is answering the door. Luckily he came back later to do it but I would like to have had a set time of when they were coming not just show up when they feel like.

I like knowing all of the options and the price I will pay before hand. I would have liked to have been told about the protective coating when I got my bid so I could discuss it with my business partner and make a decision. As it was, they told me at time of service, and I couldn't consult with her and so opted not to get it done because it wasn't in the original plan. A little frustrating to have things thrown at you last minute when you thought everything was already figured out.
The only thing I am not happy with is the protection spray that I let myself be talked into. It has left a crunchy feel to the carpet and the individual fibers of the carpet are sort of clumped together. The technicians did a great job. I will not allow the protection spray to be applied next time.
Arrived as told, they would, dressed professional, did the job, and made suggestions.
