The job was efficiently done and the tech was very nice and helpful

Last time the person cleaned it all really well. This time there are still dirty areas on my couch and some spots on my carpet
Our light colored carpets in both the bedroom and front areas when cleaned looked amazing. A few days later it didn't look so great. The guy came back out and redid some of the areas looked fine for a few hours then not so much later. It might be because the carpet is old I don't know.
The technician was fantastic and detail oriented! My couches look like new and my carpet is softer than new! I will definitely use Zerorez again.

I was impressed with the fast process of cleaning and the speed of drying. The carpet had no stickiness and looked brand new again.

My only issue with Zerorez is it is expensive. I can't use your services as often as I would like to because it is not affordable.
The carpet looked great! We had just moved in and there were dark black spots where the furniture had been on the white carpet, after zerorez the carpets looked so much better! Beyond impressed with the results.

Your technician was very professional. He did a great job on the carpets in a timely way. Only one suggestion: the carpets were wetter than I expected and took longer to dry than he said they would.

The serviceman that cleaned my carpets was very respectful and efficient. He was pleasant and made sure i was satisfied with the job and did a thorough job of cleaning up before he left.
I love the way you cleaning works on carpets they always come out wonderful and smell great. Your crew is wonderful and friendly and great. Your carpets are dry so quickly and you can get back to normal quicker with Zerorez than with any other cleaner. They are the right ones and only ones too use.

I did still have a few spots where my dog lays, after the carpet was cleaned. I didn't think it would be worth it for one of your technicians to come back out for the few spots, so I will take care of them myself. I have been pretty happy overall with the services we have had from Zerorez, so I don't count this as too big of a deal. The carpet is also almost 11 years old, so I am not too worried about it. I try to have the carpets cleaned twice per year so I will be calling again in the fall. Thanks to the nice young man who came to my home to take care of this service.
No residue. Dries fast. Our technician, Cory Spade, was kind, easy to work with, and locked up after he was done. He even shut the blinds on all the windows. I would want him specifically to come clean my carpets again.
