The pathway between my hall and the kitchen still looks dirty. I also think that the cleaner must have spilt something blue on the carpet near the front door. There is a blue stain on my carpet now. Also, downstairs in my family room there is a large brown stain. Perhaps, because my carpet downstairs is old, it didn't come out and I can understand that. I have been very happy with Zerorez in the past, so I have a hard time understanding why this time the results haven't been as good as I had planned on them being.
No residue in the carpets
The carpet stayed wet for 48 hours, the paint on our wall was scraped off by the hose, your customer service was awful and I was given the wrong appointment time, twice. We have also noticed that there is a white cleaner that got sprayed on some of our furniture. We are trying to figure out why, since only water was supposed to be used in the cleaning. It would be nice if anyone in customer service ever even offered a simple "I am sorry" or even acknowledged the mistake. Worst carpet cleaning that I have ever had and the most expensive! Not only will I not recommend Zerorez, I will warn friends and neighbors about it.
Service was very professional and prompt.
It's great it's a more natural product. However, there were some places on our cream carpet that have an orange tinge to them. I'm calling the company to see if there is anything they can do to get rid of them.

Our Service Representative made fantastic recommendations regarding removing pet stains and odors. There was no pressure - just good advice. It's been a few weeks and we are still very pleased with the results.
Carpets look good. Technician left water residue on adjoining hardwood floor where we had placed upholstered furniture which was also cleaned.

Zero respect has always done a great job of cleaning my carpets. They dry quickly and feel like new. No weird smells. Their workers are friendly and really care about how you feel and the concerns you have. They truly give their all. To meet. The customers needs. Our rental unit was horrible with stains left from our renters. Zeroes got them all out looking like no one had even been there. They are the best.

The products worked and were effective. Our carpets were extremely dirty. The technician literally got rid of 99% of the dirt. RC Willey got it right when they recommend me to Aerorez.
I was very happy with the extra time and effort the guy put in to remove lip stick from my carpet. However there was another area that still looks dirty. I called and left a message asking for someone to call me back, and I never heard anything. I had some questions and I want someone to come back out and look at the area. I was not happy that after I paid for my services, there was no response from Zerorez.
I like the results and Brian was professional, excellent, and I would request him for future cleanings.

I asked for a late afternoon appointment because I work graveyards shift and was woken up asking if you could move me to 10:30 am also the 3 inch right under the cabinet fronts the grout lines where left dirty! Your tech the machine can not get under there this is and was a big disappointment also your tech asked me not to be in the house when he was doing the tile because of the chemical order. I ask him about a respiratory for him he said I don’t have one. To make it right reimburse me half of the tile charge
I like that no chemicals are used and I know my carpet is clean.
Cleaned areas well and carpets dried quickly.

The technician was very polite and professional. I appreciate that the product was odorless and the drying time was minimal.
The technician was there on time and did a thorough job in a relatively short amount of time. Best of all, the carpet dried within about 8 hours, and we were able to move the furniture back in that same day.

When I set up the appointment I was asked regarding carpet Protectant coating on the carpet and I specifically told the person booking the service that I did not want it. When the service man came while I was not at home and up sold it to my wife for an additional $90. Not sure if it was a lack of communication between the booking person and service people. Either way it was a problem.
