Very quick, very kind technician, great results, carpet looks great.
Well I was told it would happen on Monday instead of Saturday when I had been told it would happen. Then they came to early on Saturday, 2 hours before they said they would and did not call to tell me they were coming. I was not even home like I told them I would not be. I was told they would call me between 2 - 3 pm and that did not happen. They just showed up and 12:30. I do not like the unexpected.
No soap. My carpet felt soft when it dried versus crunchy.

Benjamin was your service person who cleaned our floors upstairs and down. He did an excellent job, probably the best ever. We would recommend Zerorez highly based on the great job he did. We have already recommended Zerorez to our neighbors.
Good communication up time of service. On time. Very kind and respectful technician. Drying time in line with expectations set. Areas cleaned turned out GREAT! We've used ZeroRez 5 or 6 times over the years and my responses here would be true for each time.
We had 1 larger room which they indicated would be charged as 2 rooms which is perfectly understandable. What I didn't understand was why the second room is billed at s higher price. 5 rooms should be $31 a room not 4 at $31 and 1 at 40
