After the carpet dried, it didn't really look clean as spots were still apparent. The way your advertising describes your product I expected more results. I could have done as much with my own carpet cleaner, which I had considered doing, but as I said your advertising led me to believe your results would be better than my own. I was disappointed.

The technician did a good job. However, he forgot to do some areas and he scratched my hardwood floor when he went back to do something he forgot to do and did not protect the floor.

Make sure that streaks are not left from lifting up on carpet or however you stop lines left. My carpet is very light. Tim did the stairs and they are great. It is a different type of carpet than the family room. He did my tile and that was really good also. He came back and did a good job.

The job was well done. I just felt it was a bit expensive when adding on pet treatment.

The carpet cleaner worked very quickly and it wasn't until after he left that I noticed he had missed cleaning a strip of carpet right in the main area of my room. To improve maybe take a bit more time and review the area himself before rushing out. He also somehow removed a quarter=sized piece of my carpet on the stair. Weird. I don't know what happened there.
Soon after your employee left, I was speaking to my neighbor and referred her to have her carpets cleaned by you. You have been great in the past. She is very interested in contacting you. I then entered my house and my daughter saw the carpet piece missing and about an hour or two later I saw the dirty strip in the living room. I waited to be sure it wasn't a shadow or just due to being wet, but today (he cleaned the carpet yesterday) the dirty strip is still there.
He was very friendly and answered questions about carpet cleaning and gave me some suggestions that were helpful. I appreciate that. Just wish I would have caught the dirty strip before he left.

I called after a visiting child vomited on my carpet. You were great about coming right out that afternoon, but the actual cleaning was a disappointment. The technician clean the carpets but in the process soaked all of them so much that it took a few days for the carpets to dry. He came on Tuesday and on Thursday evening they were still damp down in the pad in places, even after bringing in fans. The stairs dried with a brown edge due to being so wet and the spot where the vomit was originally still stunk. The technician had not pulled out the water. Also, the protectant made the carpet crunchy, and not soft to walk on. I called and shared my concern and you sent out another technician who told me that the first technician had not pulled out the water and sprayed more stuff on my carpet to get rid of the brown edges on the stairs. He said the first technician should have flooded the vomit region and told me the only thing he could do would be to put disinfectant down or flood it again and charge me more, even though it was not my fault this had not happened originally. He also tried to sell me on a more permanent protectant. Although he was very nice, I felt he was not dealing with the problem, just trying to make me not as annoyed and he did charge me more for treating the vomit region. My carpet was in great shape, high quality carpet and pad before this cleaning. It has some subtle dirt stripes now where the cleaning was uneven and it is not soft anymore, matted down. You can feel the difference between the carpet I had cleaned that day with carpet in the bedrooms that was not cleaning. I have used your company for a few years now. I am extremely disappointed. I am not sure I will go back to you. A neighbor called a few days after this cleaning asking for a recommendation. I told her I wasn't sure that I could recommend your company.

I like the prompt way they keep their appointments and the speed and care they give to their cleaning. They were courteous and polite as they did their job. I like the fact the carpets dried quickly.

We liked the you're able to get out so much dirt and dark color from the carpet. Our home smells a little better after you cleaned our carpet too. I also liked that there weren't a bunch of chemicals involved
