The technician was excellent.

my rugs in the basement are still wet as can be since saturday 2pm, it is now 8:20pm sunday night.....no fans were offered

however, reese was very pleasant and very knowledgable, but it would have been nice to have had a fan until monday when they pick up their truck that had broken down at my house.

i will have reese come and do my carpets again but will never do my basement areas with zerorez again.

Love the fact there is no soap used to clean the carpet. Comes clean too. Last guy did a great job. I have recommended zerorez to neighbors who now use it also.

Fantastic results, VERY friendly staff. Only improvement would be the phone system calling in. Both times I waited over 5 minutes to speak with someone, almost hung up the first time. The second time it was over 9 minutes holding before I spoke with a person to schedule a cleaning. The service was awesome and the results so worth the wait. Thank you Zerorez!

No chemicals great cleaning everytime

Though Zerorez' work has been great, the most significant and impressive part of your service is exactly that, service. Not only is the end result a beautifully clean carpet but also the reps have taught us everything about the chemicals and how they work. Once, after a job was completed, we had a question about one aspect of our cleaning, a yellow color showed up on our stairwell carpeting. We were so happy when Ryan, a Zerorez manager came and made right our concern. He was friendly, had a professional demeanor, taught us why the problem had occurred, and fixed it to our satisfaction. He is a very good representative of your company, reflects well on Zerorez. He deserves positive recognition from his bosses ~

Fernando did a great job. He explained the process and asked me to check each room as he was working to see if I approved. He also asked if I had any questions and or concerns. I like the fact that the Zerorez process does not stink! I don't think I can use anyone else in the future. Also, the carpets dried much faster and I was impressed with that.

The carpet dries very quickly. The technician, I think it was Reese, was very knowledgeable and gave great information. I would certainly ask for him to do our next carpet cleaning. I am not pleased with your decision to have a $100.00 minimum. I think this is unfair to the customer and greedy on the owners/managers part.

After cleaning was done and dried overnight, several spotted areas did not look as clean as I think they could be. Could you have one of your folks call me to discuss?
