Great job on the carpet

I was so impressed by everything. I already knew I was happy about the product but I was thrilled with how quickly they could get me on the schedule and felt like the technician was so friendly and informative.

This was an emergency appointment and Austin got me an appointment for less than 48 hours of my call. The service was superb, the carpets and floor look amazing. They were in an apartment that had not had carpets cleaned for 10 years and I am delighted with the way they look. Cory Spade is a great asset to Zerorez.
The technician who came to our home was fantastic! He was on time, did a great job, and was particularly considerate of our newborn baby.
Carpet is never saturated and they do a great job cleaning. Very flexible and cooperative!
You scheduling could by better. We were told that there would be a call Between 11:45 and 12:15 which there was but said there would be a delay in the Service tec arriving. It was 4:00PM before he arrived. I had to be home most of the day to have my rugs cleaned. He was here for about a half hour and even got out a spot that kept coming back from two other visits by you company.
Traffic area not as clean as I hoped. Still see dark path.
Spot stains so they are black light test clean.
Really nice technician, who went the extra mile cleaning my carpets and protecting my surrounding walls. Even moved all of my shoes to clean my closet better.

My technician was Dan, he was very friendly, and and constantly concerned about what I wanted done and made sure he did everything he could to do it. This was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time! With that alone I would use them on the future. My carpets are now amazingly clean! He got all the dog urine and smells completely out and got it looking new again! I loved it and would recommended it to anyone.

I have never gotten a receipt for the work done. Noah was very friendly and efficient and said I should receive my receipt within a short time. Each day I have looked for it after paying with my debit card, and never did get one. If I missed it, please forgive me.
