Very happy with how clean our carpets look now. Dalton was so pleasant, efficient, and professional. I appreciated how respectful and considerate he was and how careful he was. I also liked how he and Mandy,the person who took mt call, let me know what services were available without being pushy. Thanks, Zerorez, for a great experience.

The young man from Zerorez who cleaned the carpets in my living room, bedroom, music room, guest bedroom and stairs was both professional and efficient. The carpets are cleaner than I expected - and I expect a lot!!
Have an iron on each truck so you can do the stain treatments. We were told you treat stains by spraying special cleaner on the stain and then removing it with a steam iron and clean cloth. Sounds great - but we couldn't have a couple stains treated individually because there was no iron on the truck. Fernando told us that a lot of the irons had been removed from trucks, including his. He left us a cup of the stain treatment and explained how to treat the stain ourselves. But it would have been much nicer to leave the stain treatment to you, the professionals. We didn't feel it was reasonable to expect the home owner to treat stains AFTER the carpets had been cleaned. That was the primary disappointment.

My carpets always look great when you are done. I usually love the technicians. I am glad I get a quote before the service startes. I always want more done than I think. They work hard while they are at my house.

Quality of material and quality of service
We requested the same technician that we received last time because we were so blown away by the service. Once again, we are thrilled with the job that Gonzalo has done! He was so professional, kind, and explained exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. He even recommended a few methods to prevent wear to our carpets behind the front desk. We will absolutely be calling and asking for him again! Thanks, Gonzalo! You are the best!

No soaps
The tech who came was very interesting. When he called, l suggested the best placement of his truck since we have had many of your techs come to this address. We retorted, "oh we prefer to park on the street. When l arrived, he was parked where l suggested stating that he didn't,t realize it was so far away from the road. We walked into the apt, reviewing the space. I gave him my 2 coupons for protector ant. He quickly told me he could only do one. I explained how the rep on the phone had told me 2 were OK. No, he said, they don't know anything and can't be trusted to tell customers correct information. Since all 3 of the rooms were.under the 200 soft limit, l asked if he could possibly put protectant on a 10"x18" place in the hall.took a lot pf wear. (You can note our account that we do a lot of work with your company & often pay $33 for a hall to make the minimum you require. He let me know l would be stealing from his company & expecting him to steal also. At this point his I,patience & rudeness towards me was fully evident. I asked if he would clean the carpets as requested & apply protectant to the 2 rooms or should l see if another technician could come because by now l truly felt he may spend the time, but not do any more than wet my carpets. He said he would do the work so l asked him to call me when he was almost done since l was 10 min away. It seemed he finished the work very quickly. He called & l went directly, finding him fully loaded up, parked in the street with his motor running. I have always been met by a tech ready to have me look at the work & walk thru together showing me any stains. I de-cared and started towards the apartment so he did get out ready to take payment. I told him l wanted to look at the work before paying so he followed me in. He didn't'
Point anything out so l led the conversation. I noticed 4-5 " bands of water on theedge of my tile floors in both the kitchen & bathroom. I had left paper towels in the apartment so grabbed some to begin wiping what he should have removed. He did not make any gesture or comment of helping. After the transaction, he very pointedly told me he had called in about me & told them l had asked for a different tech than him in the future. This irked me. I had questioned if he would actually do the cleaning, but never said anything about who my technician should NOT be. He was never friendly or helpful; rather accusatory and rude. He does not speak on my behalf to the company & misrepresent me to the company. I do not want him to clean any of my apartments in the future. I like every tech we have had & love your process. He needs retraining or moving on to another kind of work. I still wonder if he really did clean my carpets & apply the 2-room protectorant. Thank you.

Clean and professional
The gentleman that did the cleaning wouldn't move anything and did not ask if we wanted any of the furniture done. He was okay but not as good as the last time.
I am very impressed with the professionalism of the worker. Carpets look wonderful.
Gets out stains
My technician, Juan, was prompt and polite. He asked me several questions as we inspected the areas to be cleaned and, without any pressure, let me decide what kind of treatment should be done based on his experience and recommendations. He was fast and thorough and the carpets look great. We only cleaned half our carpets today (had to have somewhere to put the furniture) so when we do the other half in the near future I plan to request Juan specifically. Thanks to Doug Wright for the recommendation and Zerorez for the great work.
The serviceman was very friendly and provided good information. He explained the process and gave care instruction as well. He performed the service in a timely way. I was very satisfied with the results.
quick and complete
Well it has been a couple of days. So far,it's good. The technician was good. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the service I received. If I use Zerorez again, I will ask for Dan again.

Felt that more time could have been taken to lift out the stains. The guy was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Do not feel that we got our full $180 worth in that short time.
Everything about the service Zerorez offered was easy and fast. Our technician, Troy, was awesome. He went above and beyond in his service at our house. He was fast and thorough and did wonders on the stains on our carpet. He was very clean and polite and listened to our concerns. I could not have been happier with the service we received.
