The "tracking" doesn't happen later as it does with other carpet cleaners.

I called a few hours after my cleaning. The carpet is not flat. It has so many waves in it all over the entire floor. They said to wait until Friday morning to see if after it dries if it will lay back down. I'm getting ready to list this house and I cannot list it with carpet that is practically folding over on itself in waves. Let's see what it looks like Friday morning and then see what needs to be done. I hope I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars to get someone to flatten it out for me.

The woman I dealt with when I called in about the cleaner not showing up was totally useless! She was rude and totally not compassionate to the fact that my house was emptied on a Friday and nobody showed up to clean the carpets. She said the best she could do was sometime on Tuesday but she wouldn't know the time until Saturday. I had taken a day off of work and emptied my house to have no one show up and was not helpful at all. I hung up from her and called my husband at work who was beyond angry. He told me to call back and talk to a manager. When I called back I was told that the manager had gone home but that he would try to help me. I told him the story, he asked for my phone number and said he would call me back. He called back within five minutes and said he could have a cleaner there the next day at noon!!! He was amazing!! That just proves that the lady I talked to first did NOT try to help me out. She was a joke.

Our technician was very accommodating and friendly. The carpets are clean and smell great. They dry fast and feel good to the touch.

I like that the carpets feel clean and are not crispy.

Surprisingly when the shower tile work was finished all appeared to look clean. However, after the tile had dried from the floor up to about 3 feet there was this distinct film that you could see and feel all around the walls of the shower.
So I'm asking for the technician to return and resolve the issue.
