Natural cleaning methods, clean cut, polite, hard working technicians. The results are fabulous.

Not as clean the first time, appointment was way too late in the day for it to dry in time for us to return items to the cleaned carpet, and not a very accurate arrival time. They came a second time, without arguing, which was VERY much appreciated. But the estimated arrival time was even worse. Makes it hard to plan your day.
Your employee did a great job.Carpet looks better than it ever has when cleaned. Kitchen tile looks like new. Thank you for such a good job.

Easy to work with, easy to schedule around my days available and especially very friendly, informative employees. My carpets dry faster with Zerorez than any other carpet cleaning I have had in the past. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
The person who came to clean the carpet was very polite. He worked hard and did an excellent job. Care was taken to not mark walls with equipment. The carpet looks great.
The service technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Every aspect of the treatment and cleaning of our carpets was explained in detail. Throughout the process the service tech took the time to show us the progression of cleaning in the trouble spots we pointed out. He also did a final walk through to make sure we were satisfied with the results. The carpets looked amazing when he was done and were dry within 4 hours of service. The overall experience was seamless and couldn't have gone any better. Thank you!
I liked that the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also that your company doesnt use harsh chemicals or soaps that leave a residue that often attracts dirt and grime to settle into carpets again. I also liked receiving a call telling me what time I could expect the technician to arrive so that I didnt have to stay home all day waiting. All in all- I was very satisfied with the service that I received and will recommend your company to friends and family in the future.

Carpet seems to have streaks in places. Nice man came to clean but was 4 hours later than anticipated.
changeing the time for just a little later seemes like no big deal but it worked out this time. all the phone calls for reminders was too many.

You did a good job and were professional but not many of the stains were removed. To be fair they were a lot of pet stains and I know they aren't guaranteed I just thought more would be removed.
Carpet looks great
the amount of cleaning of old spots. However, now that it has dried, I am able to see some yellow stains. For $1100 I was hoping to get it out. Can Jonah put some more of that miracle product on to try to bleach out the yellow areas? Thanks.
Had the best technician this time with Zerorez. Not only did Brian take his time and thoroughly remove 2 stubborn stains, but he was also a cat whisperer ! My old cat never lets a stranger touch her, but she went right up to him! My carpets look and feel great. Because he took his time they dried quite quickly too. Excellent job.

Nice smell, carpet which is old, looks really good. Areas cleaned up nicely. Very nice man who did the cleaning explained what he would do, showed me the black light areas. Very pleased with the service.
