Carpers look great after cleaning.
The first time I used Zerorez the technician did a good job. This time
he did the 2 bedrooms had me look at it, they were OK. The technician was
working in the living room when I recieved a phone call to go meet with
bank loan officer. The tech said he could go faster I said no need and I
left a check with my daughter. When I came back there was a yellow spot
in the living the size of a dinner plate and the family room was done too
fast and he failed to pick up the dirt evenly so the carpet looks worse
than if it had not been cleaned.
The worker, Benjamin, was very nice and explained many things to us before he began. He got out some pretty ugly spots in our family room. Only thing I am a bit disappointed in is the fact that the entrances into the bedrooms are still darker, but Benjamin tried to explain why that is. The carpet is light and is at lease 19 years old. He tested the fiber content before starting and explained the difference in wool, nylon, and rayon. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the drying was what was expected. Thanks Benjamin.

Actually, my husband received your email and responded with an 8. He told me he didn't believe in giving top scores because he believes there is always room for improvement. I disagree with him and feel the young men who came here were very thorough and professional. There, I am very comfortable giving them a 10.
Hopefully, get the stains and smell out of my carpet. $300 spent yesterday, and the stain and odor were back today.
No detergents or chemicals. Dried fast.
There was a dirty spot right in the middle of the living room. It did not come clean. I was hoping and expecting that it would.
Carpets were very clean and the company followed up to fix some damage done to the base boards.
Got things cleaned and looking new again.
2Cons:
The only negatives were that unfortunately one of their guys called in sick (definitely uncontrollable) however, no-one call to let me know they would be an hour and a half late, until an hour after their scheduled time (between 8 and 8:30)
I was surprised to find my kitchen sink was dirty and the drain catch was full of debris and whatever else was dumped in it. Which caught me off guard because I was also charged a water disposal fee (if I hadn't had that drain catch in there and ran my disposal it could have been damaged.)
However I'm not sure of the circumstances but I would recommend dumping out dirty water/filter in a toilet or trash, just not the kitchen (I work in the field of public health and that is just unsanitary and I would have been put out if my disposal broke) I'm not upset because I found it early.
Major PRO: is your guy did a fantastic job! My floors look amazing and I will definitely tell people. Maybe, I can get a military discount next time : ) I would use you guys again. You kicked Stanley Steamer's booty (I hope I can say that and not offend anyone)
I had very stained and dirty carpet in my living room and it came out beautifully! I really liked my tecnition he was very nice and spent the time needed to make me happy.
The stain protector. Everything is practically dry when they leave. The 2 young men who came here were very professional.

Many times when I call I am put on hold for a very long time. Maybe I am calling during a high peak time. One time I hung up and then later was called back. So maybe you could set up a system where if you are all real busy, a person can put in their phone number to get a callback.
I like that there is no residue. My carpets and tile stay clean a lot longer. Staff is knowledgable, efficient and courteous.
I love zerorez for carpet cleaning. This time I had you do a sofa and the results were not great.

I really like the carpet cleaning services and have recommended you. I have some questions about the tile cleaning, was it supposed to only be the grout or should the tile surfaces also have been cleaned?

I was so impressed with Juan yesterday. We had so many stains and nasty things going on. I honestly wasn't expecting that he would be able to get the carpets as clean as he did. He was so thorough and really worked hard, yet he was somehow able to work very quickly. Next time my carpets need cleaning I am calling again and asking for Juan. Thanks so much for doing an incredible job:)
Nice workers and I like the tile cleaning.
Cleanliness of our carpets and tile when finished. Service provider was very kind, knowledgable, and speedy. I like that there isn't much odor and dampness fades quickly.

There were many problems with the scheduling. It was frustrating. They did not call when they were supposed to and did not come when they were scheduled.
Although I appreciated the technician's speed, if he would have slowed down just a bit I think he could have gotten all the spots out of the living room carpet.
