I like that the product used to clean the carpet does not leave a residue. That is very important to me because I have light carpet. Other agencies I have had clean have left a film that makes my carpet look dingy faster. I also love your pet treatment. I had a spot of cat urine and the smell is now gone. Also, your technician, Benjamin, was phenomenal! He educated me on all of my options and made me feel like he cared about my home and the quality of his work.

It's only been two days but I'm hoping because of your process my carpets will stay cleaner. Service was good and efficient.

I've always liked the idea of essentially distilled water for cleaning because it doesn't leave any residue. Your technician was courteous, positive and thorough. He was able to remove stains I didn't think were possible to remove. He was thorough and careful.

The product you clean with is a green product that did a great job with no offensive fragrance left. It did a very good job of cleaning with very little dry time.

I feel like there was a major bait and switch here. I cannot believe I was charged double for a room that was had to have been under 200 square feet of carpet cleaned. Also, when looking at footage by room, this is a joke. It should be total square footage for the job. The cleaner himself was great, but the policies he operates under are a joke. In no way did I get $175 in value...especially when I thought I was on the hook for $110 max. I will be going elsewhere for my carpet cleaning in the future.
