Great service and professional knowledge, and my carpets look wonderful!
We always like the courteous and efficient manner in which Won (sp?) cleans our carpets. We look forward to the microsealant (sp?) living up to its five-year warranty.

Did a good job the service was excellent once he arrived
The technician seemed very nice but also a little lazy. I had a empty plastic laundry basket on my bedroom floor that I forgot to move out of the way. The technician didn't even bother to move it out of the way. All he had to do was move it over or throw it on the bed. As I was walking through with him when he was done. I asked him if he did under the laundry basket. He said he did a little bit. When it was clear that the basket had not been touched. My concern was if he was not concerned about cleaning under a laundry basket what else did he not do because he did not want to.

You guys really need to advise on your advertisement there is a $109.00 minumum. You do not mention that on your adds, that is false advertisement. You think u will be paying a certain amount until they show up and tell u there is a minimum

The carpets look great and dry quickly. The staff who arrive to do the work are friendly and professional and wear "booties" while doing their work. The price is great for a truly high-end carpet cleaning job!

Service was fantastic; Eric was very knowledgeable and explained the process in great detail. The carpets and upholstery looked amazing and smelled fresh without an overwhelming fragrance. There was no crunchy feel to the carpets like you get with other products. My husband walked barefoot on the carpet and was amazed at how soft it was. I will be using Zerorez for all my future carpet and tile cleaning. Already have an appointment to have my tile and granite cleaned.

I thought that the gentleman that cleaned our carpets did a nice thorough job.
It ended up being much more expensive than I had planned.
My service tech, Juan, was amazing! There were some horrible oil spots in my hallway that I never thought would come up but they did and I move my carpet once again.

Your communications with me on the day of my cleaning were very unprofessional. Despite the fact that I had a 4:00 pm appointment, an operator left me a phone message at 12:05 stating that a technician would be at my house in 1 hour. I called back to say that my appointment was not until 4 and was told that they had flip flopped my time with someone else who needed a later cleaning. I stated that I was at work which was why I scheduled the 4 pm appointment. At 4:15 another operator called my house to say that the technician had just arrived at the appointment earlier than mine so things were going to be late. When I asked what was going on with all of the scheduling issues she told me that I never called to confirm my appointment. I did call and I did confirm my appointment the following day. The operator then told me she would call me back in 15 minutes with a time frame. An hour later another operator called to say that she was supposed to call me back but did not - I assume she forgot - when I again asked why everything was such a mess she did not respond to my question - she did tell me that the technician was on his way and should arrive at any moment - which he did. He stated that he knew I had been given the run round all day but that he was here and he would do a good job. He did a very good job which was the only pleasant part of my interactions with your company yesterday. I am a mental health therapist in privet practice. I was forced to cancel 2 appointments yesterday due to your unprofessional behavior. Very unhappy with a business who treats me as if my time has no value.
