Carpets are not much cleaner than before we had them cleaned. This "empowered" water is not so powerful. The results were definitely not worth the price.

We love Zerorez. They work very hard to make sure that our carpets are clean and for the most part when they leave, the carpets are fairly dry and we are able to put our furniture and rugs back in place.

I chose Zerorez because I like the idea of not having the soap residue left in the carpet to attract dirt. The carpet looks very clean and dried quickly. All of the employees from the schedulers to the operator were courteous and helpful.
