I was impressed by the whole process - from my first phone call to the follow up calls, the call from the tech himself and the cleaning process. The tech was very good at explaining the process and even taking the time to show us how it worked. My carpets looked great when finished. I will certainly use zeroez again.

Technician came later than expected and was rushed because I had to be to work.
I loved that here were no soaps used in cleaning my carpets. Your technician was so careful with my walls and wearing foot protection, so my other floors were not soiled.
I liked that you have different protectants based on the area- ex high traffic vs. low traffic, and upholstery.
We've been Zerorez customers for several years, but this most recent service is the best we've ever had. Our technician, Isaias Melchor, did an outstanding job. Our carpets look better than they have since we moved into the home 7 years ago. I think we'll request Isaias every time from here on out.

Isaias did an awesome job as usual. I had him clean tile this time and he did a great job. I like that the process used for the carpets. They fell so clean without being worried about soapy residue. I also like that special offers are offered to valued customers. I was disappointed though that I receive an e-mail every month except for the 1 month that you had the best promotion on tile ($25 for 100 sq feet). Isaias gave me some other options though that worked out and I was happy that I was still able to get my tile cleaned.
