Chemical free, quick, fast drying

I like that there is no residue and no chemicals.

I felt that your technician was very knowledgeable. He was efficient. Most of the carpet was dry with in a few hours. I did have a dog spot he treated in the master bedroom (which I didn't realize would be so expensive prior to the cleaning). It had a small dark spot before the carpet was cleaned. He found a larger area with the black light, probably 2' x 1'. It took 2 days to dry and it now has two caramel colored spots about as big as your hand. The only other complaint I have is that one of the rooms was left with a stiff feel to the carpet once it dried. It was in the middle of the room and at the door. If you talk to the Technician you can tell him it was in the dark green room where the computers were. I would still have ZEROREZ come again. The living room look fabulous. The only other thing I think I would change was that your tech told me how terrible my vacuum is. It is only 4 months old and he blamed the carpet fibers he pulled out of a 15 year old carpet on the 4 month old vacuum. At the time I really didn't think much of it at the time but after words I felt that unsolicited information about my vacuum was a little insensitive. Some one else might have been very offended. He almost sounded like a vacuum salesman not a carpet cleaner

I have heard fab reviews of your carpet cleaning- but my upholstery cleaning was lackluster and was very disappointing. Next time I'll do it myself or hire someone else- the bed still looked very dirty after

Zerorez has a 3 step process as opposed to carpet cleaners who simply come in and start washing the carpet.
The technician was very thorough. The carpet dried in under 1/2 a day. The products are green, and had a pleasant smell.

It is quick and they don't keep trying to sell you items once you say no

Our technician was great! On time friendly and gave a great demo of zerorezwhich is very cool! Our Carpets looked great and they were able to get a chocolate syrup disaster from our 2 year old out of the carpet!

I like the kindness of Greg first of all. Secondly, my carpets looked great and lastly, Greg allowed me to Lysol off all the hoses and the wand before he brought them into my home, which is a big deal to a lot of people now days (we don't know where they've been and in what conditions they've been.)I'm not a germ freak, but when I clean my carpets, I want them to be as clean as possible & not bring other unknown people's diseases or germs in.

Please disregard my preveous survey. I was not there when the guy finished cleaned so i was not aware of what happened. My husband talked to me later and let me know what happened and why he couldnt temove the stains. The guy that came was amazing very nice and did an amazing job. Because the stains did not come out he cleaned this extra piece of carpet we had so we can use it to fix the spots with stains. He took his time in each room to make sure it was all cleaned. I would highly recommend u guys to any one i know that needs xarpet cleaning. I will be using u guys again.
