The quality of the work and the excellent young man you sent to do the work. He was extremely professional in every way, and he was able to answer my many questions with patience and a smile.
I called on a Friday and got an apt on Monday. Awesome. I was given several updates for when the technician would arrive. Technician was educated and educated me. He was efficient and professional. Our carpets look awesome - exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use zerorez again. Thank you!

I have loved the carpet cleaning you have done for me in the past. But I was really disappointed with the tile cleaning. Parts of the tile was left uncleaned. A piece of my grout was chipped out by my carpet. A small price of wood was chipped off my bathroom cabinet. I didn't notice any of this until after the tech left. When the tech told my I would have to seal the grout again, I knew because of a back injury, that my back wouldn't hold up to the task. So I reluctantly decided to pay to have him seal it for me. When he told me he was finished, I was surprised that the tile looked badly. He told me after a couple of hours, I would have to mop up the overspray. So after a good two hours of hand mopping and drying by crawling around on the hard tile floor, and changing out buckets of hot water, the tile finally looked good. My husband was angry and couldn't believe I paid over $400 for all of this.
To top it all off, after the tech left, I noticed what I thought were large water spots on my carpet next to my front entrance. Turns out it didn't go away when I tried to dry it. It may have been sealant, I was finally able to scrub it away. Like I said, I have really liked the carpet cleaning you have done for me. But this was a nightmare. I went to bed in tears, and pain. They did a fabulous job that I have not see on with other companies. The tachnicianswere very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

The guy who came into my house was knowledgeable and very polite. Seemed like a regular chap and not a pushy salesman. The carpets looked fantastic afterwards also.

All of the representatives I spoke to at Zerorez were professional, and did what they said they would do. The guy who did the actual cleaning let me know when he was going to be there, showed up on time, and did a great job.

Friendly and accommodating customer service. Even though it clearly wasn't the normal way of doing things, they let me drop off my rugs at their office while I was moving from one house to the other. They cleaned them, then dropped them off at my new house.
