The serviceman that cleaned my carpets was very respectful and efficient. He was pleasant and made sure i was satisfied with the job and did a thorough job of cleaning up before he left.
I love the way you cleaning works on carpets they always come out wonderful and smell great. Your crew is wonderful and friendly and great. Your carpets are dry so quickly and you can get back to normal quicker with Zerorez than with any other cleaner. They are the right ones and only ones too use.

I did still have a few spots where my dog lays, after the carpet was cleaned. I didn't think it would be worth it for one of your technicians to come back out for the few spots, so I will take care of them myself. I have been pretty happy overall with the services we have had from Zerorez, so I don't count this as too big of a deal. The carpet is also almost 11 years old, so I am not too worried about it. I try to have the carpets cleaned twice per year so I will be calling again in the fall. Thanks to the nice young man who came to my home to take care of this service.
The man you sent was excellent. Please send me his name so I can ask for him next time. Our couches and chair look like new. Last time we had them cleaned there was not much improvement but this cleaning could not have been better.

The carpet was very wet after cleaning. The next morning the carpet was still wet. I would thought it would have be dry the nest morning.

The furniture was all moved except huge pieces, I used to own a carpet cleaning business, and its easy to go under and close around furnature with the hand tools.he was so busy trying to upsell me, he just cleaned the foot print around the furniture not even an inch extra to get under and around as thoroughly as possible. The last time we had you come, the fellow went out of his way to go the extra mile,it just makes a difference when the employee goes the extra mile, and not just exactly what is required. I love the process, my loyalty lies in that little extra special service, not in someone trying to up sell your services.

I have a problem with the 150 dollar minimum. I often don't need but one or two rooms cleaned so it is a problem!
