The carpet felt amazing after being shampooed.
Joe was an excellent and hard worker. My only complaint is that in a difficult area of carpet that are some new stains that were not there before. I am sure it is because the carpet is old and was quite dirty. Is there a way for someone to come again and see if there is a way to remove those stains? Otherwise, things were well done.
I appreciated the professionalism of the men who came to our home. Very thorough, very efficient, and very personable.

Not disappointed, but it was so expensive!!! I have a tiny house, most rooms are 10x10 including the front room and it was $553 for the cleaning and 90% of my upstairs is hardwood!! A whole house price would certainly bring me back. Also, two area rugs very expensive to clean. Same carpet as bedroom, so why $60 to clean? I love your service but put it literally me in the poorhouse!!!

The carpet cleaners were over 3 hrs. late due to the client prior to me adding on many services. I had made plans for the afternoon which I needed to cancel because of this. A courtesy to me would've been to contact me as soon as they knew about the delay versus waiting until the "scheduled" time to update me. I might have had a chance to reschedule my afternoon appts.

How clean the carpet feels and how fast it dries!
So far the carpet looks beautiful. We're HOPING the black grease spots don't rise to the surface again! The technician, Isaias, was most pleasant. We so appreciated the care he took to cover his shoes and how quickly he worked—and we appreciate his leaving coverings for us to use until the carpet dried.
Service professional that came to my home was very professional, clean cut looking, articulate, and knowledgable. This was very refreshing after dealing with quite a few subcontractors in and out of my home for the past few months that you might call "sketchy" in all those areas.
The cleaning staff and phone support are very nice and easy to deal with. The cleaning took much less time than I had anticipated and it looks great! Kudos to the staff member (I forget his name) that cleaned my house, he was very friendly and professional. I hope he gets this feedback!

I felt like I was given a rough estimate over the phone of the cost, and then when they came I was talked into buying way more. There were some pet stains, (not exactly stains because you could only see them with a black light), and they cost a fortune to clean!! I wasn't expecting to pay over $800 just to have one level of my house cleaned. I had huge buyers remorse after. My carpet is less than one year old. So it was really disappointing to pay so much.
The carpets seem very clean and the technician was efficient and friendly. Gave us a good demonstration about the water that is used to clean the carpets.

I like the fact that you don't use any chemicals, the carpet dried quickly, the technician was helpful and knowledgeable, and that he was able to remove those really tough stains. My carpet looks awesome!
