I was a little worried because Zerorez has some pretty bad Google reviews, but Roy Alltop did an amazing job! I could tell that he enjoys and takes pride in his work. My carpets look and feel amazing.

My carpet has bubbles in it. Also, my furnace sounds like it is spinning down when it shuts off after I had my vents cleaned. Why?

Mostly I like your technician Isaias. He amazingly hardworking and so easy to work with. The products seem pretty good. My rug is cleaner than it was before but staining is still apparent. However, I am confident that Isaias has gotten it as clean as it will ever come, so I am happy with the outcome. I will always come back as long as Isaias is this with you. Thank you Isaias! I really appreciate how well you have taken care of me and my rug. I know it is a hard one to clean!

The technician was very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. In spite of his best efforts, I was not satisfied with the way our two sofas turned out. I have called and scheduled a follow-up visit for next week.

My carpets, tile floors and granite showers/countertops have never looked better. Zerorez is consistently a great value, the technicians are professional and personable, and unlike other companies, they don't pressure me into other services, they just let me know what is available for future visits. Ricardo Fernandez is exceptional, extremely detail oriented, and deserves a huge raise! At least a pat on the back and recognition for a job well done. I'm a very pleased customer.

I was impressed with our total experience. Knowledgeable employee and beautiful carpets.

Pet stain and odor was still there. I felt that the $50.00 extra was unreasonable and I was not told at the time that it was not guaranteed.

We were told that they would be there at 11:00 am for our cleaning. They didn't call us or anything to let us know that they were going to be late, we had to call them to make sure that they were still coming. They showed up 2 hours later than what we scheduled.
