Love that there is no soap residue, but our carpet was still damp after 48 hours.

I was impressed by your ads that you dont use soap. Also, impressed with the alteration of the water to clean effeciently and effectively. Alex, the technician, was prompt and demonstrated the effectiveness and story around this process. One surprise i had was that the secretary that called did not quote me the price of wool carpet cleaning even though i told her i had three wool carpeted rooms. She said the technician would have to determine it. So when Alex quoted me the cost per room i was shocked. I wouldve rather known upfront. Alex was courteous and informed and enthused about the product.

I could tell Rees really wanted to make me happy. He took time to educate me. He went over trouble areas a second time when I asked him to and he told me to call if I had any concerns or needed something done again. My carpets look great. Not all stains came out, but it's definitely better.

We had the carpets cleaned because of a recommendation. So far we are happy. We hope they stay clean. We really liked Juan Lopez.

I Like that things look great when you leave my house. I also, love how you try hard to meet my time schedule. This time we scheduled for a particular day as that was all you had available but we really needed to have the work done earlier. You put our names on a cancellation list in case something opened up. Sure enough you had a cancellation a day before our appointment and that was so helpful to us.

Also, on this visit, our carpet was in really bad condition. We had just finished a big remodeling project and were worried that we may not be able to get the carpets cleaned well enough and would have to replace the carpets. Your people were able to get all the stains out and things looked beautiful when they left! Thank you so very much!

THE CARPETING IS VERY CLEAN AND SERVICE EXCELLENT. DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG TO GET A SCHEDULED DATE FOR THE SERVICE.

This is hard because I was really excited to have ZeroRez come to my home. I've heard MANY great reviews from X96, and never even called another company. I called you first. Thetech was VERY polite, friendly and professional. However, while spraying a milky white cleaning chemical, he over sprayed all of the walls, which are tan, and many pieces of furniture which were to big to be moved. I had not noticed this until he had left, otherwise I would have mentioned it to him. My wife and I spent over an hour cleaning up the mess, some of which left stains in the paint.

He also carried the equipment through my home leaving large puddles of white fluid on the dark tile, and on a piece of furniture which had been moved onto the til. All of this also had to be cleaned up once he left.

In addition to that, the van left a VERY large pool of motor oil on my driveway, which is now stained. It's a driveway, yes. But I try to keep this from happening. He should have parked on the street..

The carpet was not noticeably dirty, It's only two years old, but we wanted to go into the winter months with clean floors. The carpet is clean, so we got the service we paid for, and again the gentleman that came was really nice.

However this is not the type of thing I would expect to happen, nor have I had it happen in the past.

The tech's were very polite and concerned with our property. The up selling was a little much, we thought the cleaning was going to cost us $245.00 we ended up using the 7 years protection and of course the proof in the future. The stairs and in front of the chair is will be watched for the clean up. Total cost was $350.00 Name removed.

We had some really dirty tile and your technician, Kris, did an amazing job cleaning it for us. He showed us before and after spots that I couldn't believe. He kept us in the loop during the process. The family room and living room areas that were done on Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 look very good. However, the dining room had several pet stains that I paid an extra $50 to have treated, and
they don't look much better than they did before. I don't know if there is anything else that
could be done to try to take out those stains, but I'd be a lot happier if that could be done--especially since I paid the extra $50 for that purpose.

you do a good job. You are prompt. I don't like that you don't move any furniture without extra charge and I don't like the extra charge for water disposal. It should just be added into the cost per room.
