We are in the carpet business, and zerorez is the best for your carpets.
Great process and great job cleaning my carpets. Easy to schedule.
Your up charges were outrageous. Over 2k for carpet cleaning is not reasonable. The additional $720 for "odor treatment" on top of the regular charges is dishonest. You bait and switched and refused to do the service unless we did the up charges. The new tenants needed the carpets cleaned but we felt taken advantage of. We will never use your service again and will tell everyone we know to never use your service.
Patty was exceptional in going above and beyond with addressing my concerns with the carpet.
I will definitely continue with your company's services with future needs (of course requesting Patty).

Why would Zerorez send someone with a broken back to clean my floors? While the gentleman you sent was kind, he spent more time talking about his broken back than he did actually cleaning my floor. He didn't wear the shoe booties either. I would've appreciated that gesture. He did minimal effort and went over the floors once. I still had spots all over my floors after he was finished. I asked him if he could try to get the darker spots out and he told me that was as good as they were going to get. He knew I was disappointed, but he clearly didn't care. After he left, I was so upset with the results that I borrowed my parent's carpet shampooer and redid them. After I was finished, my floors looked amazing! All the spots he "couldn't get" were all gone. No thanks to Zerorez. I will never use your company to clean my carpets again. I would certainly not recommend you to anyone at this point. All in all, it was a wasted $136.00.
Efficient and thorough
To be fair, we have a light colored couch and loveseat, but I expected better results. I paid too much money to have my couch and loveseat look blotchy. The cleaning didn’t help at all. If anything, it looks worse. I’m taking the time to do it on my own and is already looking better.
They were very easy to work with and do a good job.

I have been pleased in the past but this time i am not so happy with the results. I noticed a spot that I showed them has come back. There were 2 other spots from kitchen to carpet area with a brown spot and one from the outside door to carpet. The one in front of the chair , again, I noticed last night. When they were there, I had to have them do the walk area twice. I am not pleased with the outcome. If I use you next year, I will not allow the guy to come back to do a half job. I did not request him. I requested Mia at the recommendation of William Kemp but I guess there was a scheduling issue. I could have waited a day and hand Mia come but I had to work. I schedule things when I am off.

1st couple of times I loved the service carpets were amazing. Not so much this time my stairs are still wet its been 2 days. For the price I paid I wish I went with someone else.
I had my front room and stairs cleaned and my carpets don’t look any cleaner. I even paid $60 extra for spot treatment on spots that I feel should have come out. The cleaner wasn’t even at my house for 40 minutes and was 30 minutes early. I guess he had some where to be after work and was rushing to get done. To make it right you could send someone else out to really clean this time or give me my $200 back.
I had it done last year by a different company and they left stripes in the carpet!!

The cleaners had only been at the job for 20 min and had to go empty the dirty water tank from the last job and then return. Job took longer because of not being prepared

Easy to schedule - polite and clean technicians
A young man named Nate cleaned our carpets and our laundry room floor tile.
After the cleaning, the carpets look brand new and the tile is back to being white with white grout. Which had many black spots. The tile also now looks brand new. I don’t know how he did it. He’s a miracle worker.
Best job I’ve ever had and I’m a long time Zero Rez customer. I’ve always been pleased with my results but they seem to be getting better and better. Customer for life
PAY MORE ATTENTION TO DARK AREAS
How clean the carpet is with no soppy residue.
Our carpet is getting older but we noticed not all hairball spots came out. Kind of strange as they always have in the past. Our technician appeared to do a good job so kind of a mystery.
No residue, fairly quick drying, courteous technician.
Th Carpets and furniture that were cleaned looked the same after as they did before you came. I was extremely disappointed. I guess zero res means you don't use any soap or cleaner.
John was on time and very courteous. He did a great job. Very happy with the results of the cleaning of the two rooms and the stairs.
