Zerorez did a fantastic job. We had our carpets stretched the day before and decided to get them professionally cleaned. We were able to schedule for the next morning and Camron Oaks called us when he was coming, actually about ten minutes early (I love earlier). He showed up, was very professional and friendly. Went right to work. Make our carpets look great and was cleaned up and out in just under an hour - doing 3 rooms a hallway and stairs. So grateful they were able to do it. Camron is an incredible employee.
Our technician did an excellent job. Our area rug and carpet look as good as new. He was also very courteous and pleasant.

My technician scanned my job, told me the bad news that I already expected, and then did a stellar job of restoring the carpet in a home i just purchased. I have used Zerorez Draper in my previous home, and will call them when needed for my new home.
Great service!
The technician left a bunch of corner protectors (mostly orange, one or two blue) in my driveway. I called Zerorez to get them removed, but they are still there, except my son moved them to the front garden a couple of feet away. But my carpet looks much better. Just a tiny red spot remains right by the front door from a strawberry brought in from the garden. The technician was friendly and did a good job.
Parker did a great job with cleaning our carpet. It looks so much better than it did. The carpet dried quickly, too.

Maddie did a fantastic job in cleaning some very difficult areas! The carpets look so much better and we'll definitely use ZeroRez again.
The service was fine. I did upgrade and pay I think $60 for the deodorizer / pet treatment and while I thought it worked after a few hours the smell was actually worse. The technician did say sometimes this could happen. I guess in general I expected that service to work but actually made things worse.
Our carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned for a very, very long time, but with the special care and expertise of your men, they look great! They were more than willing to clean additional throw rugs at a very reasonable price. They were so kind to answer our questions and called if they could come earlier. We're 100% satisfied with your service

The tech was on time, thorough, quick and courteous. The carpets which has not been cleaned in nearly 4 years cleaned up nicely. They dried pretty quickly and didn't feel crunchy or chemically after. There was no strong odors from any chemicals either.

1) When the solution dried, there were pink spots left on one of the cushions that weren't there before.
2) $300 seems excessive since the back cushions weren't cleaned and the whole cleaning took less than a 1/2 hour.
