Give me additional costs for stain removal up front. Don't make the poor cleaner have to do it
I have used the services for carpet and upholstery. I have been generally satisfied with the outcome. If there are any issues, technicians return to resolve my concerns.

Like the name says, Zero soaps, detergents, or chemicals. Just soft clean carpet afterwards and zero odors with minimal drying time! My carpet is only three years old, but it looks renewed and feels great!
Make sure your pricing for service is not deceptive if you have a minimum amount that you will do service for then state that up front instead of saying there is a sale for so much a room and then if that doesn't match your minimum, adding it on at the end as a fee or something. Just don't offer a sale below what your minimum requirement is. The service we got was good as the carpet looks much better. It was done in a timely manner and things were explained to us. I just didn't like the adding on the fee at the end when I was expecting it to be lower.

I don’t really have anything to compare the results to. I had hoped it would rejuvenate the carpet a little better. Our carpet was installed last year and just trying to maintain the warranty on it. The technician was friendly and helpful! :)
Always count on the name ZeroRez over the years, but finding wide range in competent staff when actually on site at my home. Some techs use so much water solution that 2-3 days are required to dry in order to replace some furniture. Others carelessly drag tubing around walls or doorframes leaving smudges or even small paint chips. Some techs are extremely persistent in attempts to up sale any appointment (especially if a discount code is already in place.

Carpet looks clean.
He called when he was 20 minutes out and came within the window of time they said. He was respectful of property. He told me of their other added on services without trying to upsell me. I like that they don’t use soap because I’ve had some bad experiences with that in the past. He worked hard and fast and even did a wool area rug on the spur of the moment. The carpets did take longer to dry than I had thought but they look great and I know they are clean with no residue now.
