Service was very easy to book and performed with confidence and clarity. Overall, I was very pleased. It was a little more expensive than I would've liked to pay, but the end result was very good.

You guys had to come back 3 times to work on a couple of stains in my living room. When the technician came the 3rd time he just sprayed on a solution from a bottle and rubbed it with a rag for a minute or so. I was disappointed that he didn't come in with his regular equipment and try to get the stain out. If fact I was shocked. The stain is not as noticeable but it is still there. I thought your equipment and technology was better than that. When I called the gal to schedule the 3rd visit, she told me this would be their last time out. That's not how I would run the business...I would do whatever it takes to get it right. If you want to make this right with me, refund some of the $400 I paid you to get it right. I will figure out another way to get the last of the stain out but I won't use Zerorez again nor will I refer you to anyone.

I got two quotes. One cheaper than the other. And then I was charged the higher price.

They arrived 3 hours prior to our scheduled appointment, without notice.
I love less water, chemicals, and carpet damage. Carson was so friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with his work!

my carpet is 10 years old. After my cleaning, it looks new again ! But must admit I was disappointed that you no longer will clean my sifa
I was told that it was 64.00 for each special service I had cat throw up stains. And I had 4 of those spots. I was charged 430.00 dollars it should have only been 64x4= 256.00. I asked about the special zero rez had going on he said that it was 119.00 for three rooms, I had only 2 rooms. So even if you added the 119 plus 256 that comes to 375. I was cheated and taken advantage of. I won't give a recommendation for your company to anyone. Ethan did a great job of getting out the stains. But I want a refund on the money you guys over charged me.
