Zerorez made an old area rug look great and gave it a lot of new life.
When I called for quote, I mentioned the rooms and hallways I needed done, thinking the stairs were part of the hallway. The day of cleaning, I was working so my wife let the technician in. He did not inform my wife he wasn’t going to clean the stairs or offer to add them for an additional cost. So now I have clean hallways and dirty stairs, which arguably needed it the most.
I understand there’s no guarantee that the carpet will be perfectly clean, but I also felt like the few relatively minor stains that I had would have come out completely had more attention been paid to them, but they remained after cleaning.
They are always on time and do such a good job. I like that your company does't saturate the carpet with water. They use corner protection and the prices are very resonable.
I choose Zerorez because their cleaning process does not add toxic chemicals to my home. The prices are reasonable and the technicians were efficient and hardworking and were careful to a void doing any damage. The carpets are quite old by cleaned up to look very good.
ZeroRez has been my preferred provider for years. Most recent two appointments within 4-6 weeks resulted in callbacks to redo patches of dirty water residue left behind. Vacuum tracks showed soiled margins. I’m going to give ZeroRez a rest and try them again sometime in the future.
PS. Last appointment callback results the same problem just in adjacent area.

The technicians called me promptly within the time frame I selected online. They were attentive and only charged me what I was quoted. The work was done quickly and our carpet looked fresh and clean when they were done. It also didn't take forever to dry which I appreciate!

I think you guys should offer something for your first time customers. e.g Doing pre vacuuming before actual cleaning would really help.
There was mention of free duct inspection but it was not done at all. I also asked if after cleaning can we do check if urine crystals can been seen with that Pet Urine Stains Detector but that was also not confirmed.
Also I think i asked if you guys use any Deodorizer but I didnt get clear answer.
