I paid extra for a pet treatment. A few hours after the technician left my house smelt like a farm and my carpet was crunchy! I called and spoke to multiple people including a manager. They were supposed to call me back about a refund and nobody called me back! Terrible follow through and communication
The Zerorez technicians Dallin and Jared were very professional. They explained to me everything they were going to do. Also, asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I was very happy with the service they provided. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
I liked how the young lady was thorough with the services I requested.
So many spots can be seen already.My carpet is pretty new so that is dissappointing.

Friendly technician. Thoroughly explained all treatment options and demonstrated and explained current carpet condition and needs. He was also considerate of my property (walls/doors, etc) while conducting the services. Finally, he spent sufficient time actually cleaning the carpet. Highly recommend.

We like the way our carpets look, feel and smell after they are cleaned by Zerorez. We appreciate the capable, well teained, respectful technicians that work in our home.
Technician was excellent! Quick, and kind. She listened to our feedback from a previous cleaning, and made sure we didn’t have the same thing happen (carpets were wet for 2-3 days on a previous service). Although, she might have done it without us even mentioning it. Excellent employee, thank you!
Tech did a good job; However, he did over spray dirty water on our new 70inch TV, TV stand

Miya was very communicative on when she would arrive, what was going to happen. What she suggested for my couch and rug was no more than what I had been doing already. My dogs really enjoyed her and they are great judges of character. She was very pleasant to have in my home. She is a great asset to your company.
