Not what I expected from commercials or reviews. Carpets are slightly cleaner. No difference from if I rented a carpet cleaner. The same heavy traffic marks in the master bedroom is still there and so are the spots. Not worth the $315

They were very honest about what they could or not do and had a great special going and did a hall for a few bucks more they tried to remove a stain but couldn't and let me know before I can ask why thanks Zerorez for trying carpet looked great thanks Zerorex.

We were a little worried when the rug was drying & it waved up in a few places & we thought it would have to be stretched out. By the next day it was all back to normal & looks great!
