So far I've just had a rug picked up from my house. I have not received it back. The rug was picked up promptly and the young man who picked it up was well informed, polite and efficient. I will do another review after the rug is cleaned and returned.

The men who arrived were dressed professionally ( unlike the gentleman who came previously who had baggy pants,
Holes in his shoes, shirt untucked and his butt crack hanging out for us to see....) they walked us through everything they planned to do and were in and out very quickly which was helpful because we have a young child at home who naps during the day and we were worried the cleaning would interfere with that. They were able to come earlier as well too.

I just got home yesterday after they cleaned my carpet.I was disappointed to see that the area rug I had picked up still looked like it was laying there, when it wasn’t ? A chair was moved and it looked no different where it sat. I had a spot by my bed and that was still there? I had not cleaned it because I knew you were coming. I normally clean my own carpet. I can make it look better with my carpet cleaner then you did, and I had to pay 240$ for you to come. Just very disappointing when I heard John jay and rich rave about you.

The guy came through my gate instead of the front door leaving my gate wide open so I couldn’t let my dog out. He also did not clean a closet (I specifically left the closet doors open) as well as my front entry way which is part of the living room. Someone had to come out the next day to finish the job.
