Zerorez was every thing they said about themselves as has other friends and family have said about. Good work, fair price, quick response, no hidden add ons for charges once they get to the site. Friendly rep. Answered questions on site to satisfaction. Would tell anybody worth the money. And this is for the tile and grout cleaning and sealing. Had another company come in with a great price BUT OH BY THE WAY................hate those characters. And the process uses their own water which is a win win for nature.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no odor to the cleaning process.
which was important to me. The carpeting was not walked on for 24 hours. Some of the walkway paths did not come clean in the master bedroom. My area rugs look very nice. One small rug did not remove the grease stains.

Did not vacuum carpet prior to cleaning so the carpet still had wet animal hair in it.

Your service provider was quick and efficient. Our carpet and tile looks great.

We've liked the carpet cleaning we've had these past few years & that carpet dries fairly fast.
