Friendly crew and the carpets don’t get crunchy.
Howard did a phenomenal job cleaning the tile & grout throughout my house. He was professional, quite thorough, and informative when I asked him about the products Zerorez uses to maintain their "green" initiatives. I'd definitely use Zerorez again when it's time to clean my 2 bedroom carpets.
I love that Zerorez uses nontoxic products. No strong smells, just clean carpets!
Quick, easy and clean!
With 5 cats and a dog all shedding at the same time, I vacuum my carpet regularly and often (I do have a powerful vacuum cleaner). I was shocked and embarrassed to see the amount of dirt that was extracted even after I vacuumed the areas twice. I like the feel of the carpet after cleaning and the service is professional and reliable. Thank you Zerorez!
The cleaning services available and the staff are very friendly
It totally makes my carpet like new. Thank you also to the tech, very thorough. Great Job!!
Zerorez has always been the very BEST at carpet cleaning. Each time I hear of anyone needing their carpets cleaned, I always recommend you guys. The customer service is friendly, and on time. But, this last cleaning we got was a different experience as far as quality in the treatment for dog urine. Would still recommend, but, would love a call back to see if we can get a discount on re-treatment for the dog stains on our carpet. Thank you.
This was the best carpet cleaning EVER! Your technician, Joe, did a remarkable job on our carpets and addressed every problem area. He was professional, informative and really cared about the service he delivered. You have a great carpet cleaning system, but you need quality people to keep your customers coming back. Joe was amazing, I hope you're paying him well because he is money in the bank for the company!! I will definitely ask for him again when it's time for another cleaning. Thank you Joe and Zerorez for a job well done!!

Joe did a very good job!
Your team texted that they were available to come earlier than expected. This worked well for us! They were respectful, efficient and highly knowledgeable about carpet. We are very pleased with the results.

Technician was friendly and efficient
It’s chemical free and clean. My son has no allergies with it.
Easy to order services online, communication is awesome, carpets always come out clean.
Easy to book, on time, good job.
The staff was polite and when she was done the carpets were almost dry. She took her time and made sure that place was clean. It seamed like the booked her enough time to do the job properly.
My rugs are clean! Your technicians are on time and courteous.
Very professional...and the carpets look great!
Thank you!
Great job, made my 20yr carpet look brand new. Want to thank Colton Conn for doing a great job. Your business is the best on the market.
The tech was very professional and the rugs look great.
Make sure the extra $30.00 service fee, for upstairs condos/extra hose, is listed while making an appt online. Then take a little more time scrubbing the darkest spotted areas. I used a Resolve carpet product today that actually removed the dark spots. Yes, your co. may have lightened them a little, but the Resolve product & me scrubbing the product in as instructed, removed the spots.
Very nice man did a very good job I’m happy with it
The carpet is very old but looked great after it was cleaned. The carpet dried quickly. This is the third time we have used Zerorez in our new home.
Good folks to schedule and deliver the service. Carpet looked great and fresh.
Your products, service and the fact that it doesn't attract dirt after it is cleaned!! The technicians are prompt, thorough and professional.
Carpets look great! On time and professional.
We had all the flooring cleaned in our home. We have a combination of 2 rooms of carpet and the balanced is tile. We have used Zerorez many times for carpeted areas but never had our tile cleaned. As usual, the carpet looks great, but the tile - Amazing! The grout, which was quite dirty, now sparkles! For added protection we had the grout sealed. We never expected such stellar results and are thrilled! Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable about the process. We would not only recommend to a friend, we would recommend to everyone!
