On time arrrival, thourough cleaning with no oders, Rug looks fabulous again

First of all, friendly considerate and knowledgeable technicians are a big part. Chris met all that and more. His recommendations were spot on - In addition, the carpet cleaning process Zerorez uses is far superior than most other companies. The result is a clean carpet with no residue that is ready to use in just a few hours.

I pulled out three small room sized carpets and put them outside for easy access.
So instead of getting 3 rooms for $125...I got billed $350.

I first want to emphasize my satisfaction with the service - easy online sign up - and the service person. I have had past experience with "pushy" technicians and implications of minimal cleaning if I didn't upgrade to higher priced services than the "special" that they quoted. From the advertisements and reviews of Zerorez I was pretty sure everything would be okay. From the minute the serviceperson stepped inside, I knew things were going to go well. I pointed out priority wear areas and I have several irregular square-footages. After surveying he said it would all be covered with the "special" I ordered. He said he would make it all "look pretty." (I was pleased). This person worked my house as though it were his own - he pretreated, he fluffed the fibers, he cleaned the areas, first east and west and then north and south and reached wherever his wand would reach. Now secondly, the carpet is so nice. And like they say, "No harsh chemical smells and no residue and no crunching when you walk; the carpet is clean and soft. I am very happy.
They produced what they said they would... my one rug was really bad in my opinion and it was beautifully clean... employee was very nice.. I’m glad I had Zerorez do my rugs... would recommend you instantly.. I got your name from my next door neighbor
Doesn't leave residue that causes stiffness
He was prompt and explained the process thoroughly. He did not rush the process but it was done in what I thought was a reasonable amount of time.
It was a considerable amount of money (over $200) just to watch him walk around with 3-4 spray cans. On top of that, after he left I found multiple 1-2 inch spots that he missed in both of my bathrooms and in the living room. I had you guys out here the day I got the keys to my new construction house, so the tile was brand new and already freshly cleaned. I've never had grout sealed before so I didn't know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't a few spray cans and 25 mins of work.

Zeroez came highly recommended to me by carpet manufacturers which convinced me to give them a try. The technician communicated arrival time with me, and arrived according to schedule. He took the time to survey my carpet, clarify my expectations, and answer any questions I had, prior to beginning his task. Once finished, he asked me to inspect his work to ensure my satisfaction. He sent an invoice in a prompt manner.
The citrus primer
I was truly amazed how much gunk they got out of the carpets. Because they had to do several areas several times (again - my bad - so much gunk!) only thing that would be a great addition would be a faster drying time.
There was a lot of water on the floor around the edges of the carpet. Other Zerorez technicians in another state always went back and wiped the water.
