I don’t know much about any products but your service man was excellent. I had extensive adhesive all over my tiled room from putting peel and stick tile on top. I recommend you don’t ever do that but your guy got it all off with no sticky residue. I forgot his name but great job.

I was impressed with the worker that came to clean my carpet. He was friendly, seemed to be doing a good job. A day after he left, I found where he had nicked a wall corner in one of the bedrooms. When talking to neighbors, they left a previous company because of the same complaint. I had used that company for years and decided to give you a try and ironically, their reason for switching companies was one I have to consider now.

Sean C was our technician for cleaning 3 rooms of carpet plus area rugs. He was as much concerned about parking the truck on our paver driveway as he was cleaning the carpets.
Next I was surprised at his attention to detailing the carpet’s high traffic areas. He did fabulous magic to make some old carpets look new again. There’s nothing like a clean smell throughout the house! Thank you ever so much, Sean.

Very professional, wore a mask and set up hose guiders so walls would not get marked up. I was debating on getting area rug done, he did half an showed me the difference WOW! So happy I had it done.

Excellent service visit from Chris. He was very knowledgeable and also suggested ways to prolong the life of our carpet.

The online portal doesn’t allow you to add rugs and there is no where that it states rugs are $1 per sq ft, so added charges were included and that would be a real simple fix. Also, the sectional was done spotty- the fronts of the cushions where the legs rub were not cleaned.

Dries quickly.

The carpets feel crusty and don’t look any cleaner from before they were done. It was hard to tell if they looked cleaner when they were done because they were wet but now that they’re dry I see that there are lots of stains still and they don’t feel clean. I was charged extra because two rooms were rugs instead of carpet, so I went with it but my rugs look the same and feel worse because they feel crusty.
