No residue

I like the self contained system in the van to dispense cleaning solution and extract it back into another tank in the van. The extraction leaves the carpet very close to dry when he leaves your home. I also have all my floor tile done and what a difference. Technician was very knowledgeable about how best to remove stains. I would recommend Zerorez to do a good job.

I am very sensitive to smells and this process doesn't make me sick or make me lose my voice.

Zerorez cleans the dirt from the carpet better than any other carpet cleaner. I have not had to get new carpeting since I have had my carpets cleaned by zerorez.

Area rug looked fine when it was being cleaned, and once dried, it is still extremely dirty and now it is wavy (we are placing items on it to straighten it out). Other rugs are all "crusty" now, even after a vacuum was used on them. We will vacuum again and see how it goes, but overall we are disappointed in the results.

Soft carpet, much easier to vaccuum

Scheduling service with Zerorez was very simple. The cost came in exactly at what the estimate quoted, and the process of cleaning ourntile.floors and sealing the grout so it stayed looking new for longer took less than 90 min. to complete!

I am very pleased with the young gentlemen who came to house to clean the selected areas. the result is certainly much better than not having the work done. However, I am remain uncertain whether it was the right decision to get it done.

I will make note you should check the vehicle he had to ensure the truck's engine when running to support the generator providing power and suction capability to your "zero water" cleaning system - does not leak. There were 3 oily spots left on my driveway. I am hopeful my early attention to the matter will have mitigated any permanent damage.

Cleaning tech was very nice and throw

The rug was left smelling a bit musty. A week later, I shampooed the carpet myself. A lot of very dirty water and pet hair came out of the rug. The smell was gone almost immediately after I shampooed it. The tile and grout was left very clean! A little bit of staining in the grout came out after a few days, but it is still significantly cleaner than it was before.
