Great experience on booking the services through the website, and the overall outcome of my nice clean carpets makes me one happy customer!
Clean carpets!
Service was great and tile looks amazing.
Cleaned carpets beautifully , not a crunchy drying. Rob was very professional.
Great job!
On time, priced right, carpets look great and the technician was personable!
Just the fact that they can't move some things to clean under them.
They get the job done.
Efficient, friendly staff, carpeting always looks amazing after a cleaning!
Very efficient and friendly did a wonderful job took extra care on the furniture
The service man did an excellent job the carpet looked brand new. Did not feel crunchy did not have any sort of residual smell. Had a 14 year couch cleaned and it looks brand new. Excellent work!
This is a great company. Everyone is very professional. They have great customer service and time management.
The crew was polite and very efficient. They did a great job and we will def be having the company come back. The only downside was that the carpets were crunchy- we thought this wouldnt happen going with Zerorez.
Everything.
Prompt, courteous, neat clean. At the agreed price and the outcome was better than I expected.
Tech was quick on the job. Very personable
Everything! Your employees are fantastic & I love the concept.
Great job on the carpet stains. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable.
The technician (Evan L) was very professional. He took the time to explain the process and informed me on what outcome I should expect. The tile looks beautiful and the grout is the best it could be after sixteen years. I’m very pleased with Zerorez and will definitely use them in the future.
The service is exceptional. The pricing could be a bit better for 4+ rooms amd the pet treating pretreatment .
Tim was friendly and wonderful! Our carpets look fantastic and are ready for the new home owners. It smells great, too!
Nice technician. He answered all our questions.
Cleanliness of equipment, service tech was informative throughout his visit. Very knowledgeable friendly and gave options to my satisfaction
Technician was friendly and worked hard. He gave us great tips to keep our carpet looking good. Thank you!
I like the employees they have. Colton was a very nice young man, went out of his way to solve a problem that developed. Thank-you Zerorez
Move the curtain to clean a 2x2 area. & clean up the water & debris from the cleaning. I had to redo the floors adjacent to the carpet that was cleaned.
I’ve used this company before but had a different technician this time
You ruined my carpet. Send a supervisor out here to see how badly the carpet has been ruined.
Aaron did a wonderful job. he works hard and will go a long ways in his life. we use Zerorez as we like the job they do.
Jeremy was great and the carpet is really clean.
