They work!

I really liked the outcome and my service provider was super friendly. However there was a huge mix up with pricing that has still not been resolved. First of all, no one told me I couldn't use AMEX and I was caught off guard - this happened after the work had been done and I was very upset. Secondly, i have a rug that is diamond pattern with deep grooves. The provider said I would have to leave it to him to take back to the workshop and have it cleaned there - he provided me a very high quote of $500 and I was shocked but didn't have any other option. I couldn't pay it so I have rescheduled it for a pick up next Friday but the operator gave me a quote of $195. I am willing to pay $195 but i am still very unclear about the discrepancy in price.

I have always liked the way Zerorez cleans the carpet. We used them for many years in Minnesota and were glad to find them here in AZ. We now tried the cleaning of our ceramic floors and were pleased with that as well.

I love that my carpet actually gets cleaned. I get blown away still seeing them scrub the carpet rather than just spray and rinse. The techs that come out are always friendly, professional and make sure they don't leave without answering all of my questions. They also make sure to clean the wet spots on the smooth floor even after if I insist i'll clean it. I only use Zerorez and I tell everyone to use them as well because I can vouch for the quality of the services.

Good price, clean tile.

I was very un impressed after paying over $900 to have tile and carpets cleaned to come home to the time not being very clean. Water Spots in some places and some areas weren’t even gone over. The carpets are STILL wet, and it’s been well over 24 hours. I can’t walk on the carpet with socks on as they are still that wet. Coming home today after work, which was more than 24 hours after they were cleaned the house smelled musty. I’ve had my carpets and tile done in this house every 5-6 months by other companies as well and they usually had 2-3 technicians working at least 4 hours. I’m not sure how many techs were here this time, but was told by my son it was just one. And he was here MAYBE 2.5 hours of actual clean time. It takes me longer than that to vacuum and mop my own floors- not shampooing or deep cleaning........
I am truly disappointed this time.
We have used zero Rez before and we’re happy which is why I made the appt to have them come again. I’m sad I did this time, out house goes live tomorrow for sale- and I’ve been trying to get the musty smell from wet carpets out. :(

Paul is the best technician. Besides being very pleasant and polite... He explained exactly what he was going to do to clean and care for my tile floors, answered all of my questions, was very considerate that I was comfortable with everything he was doing. He even hand cleaned a portion of the baseboard that needed special attention. I have always had wonderful service by Zerorez.

Do not tell me how much something is and double the price once you get here. Was told about $150-200, once all was said and done the bill was $395.
