Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, products always work wonderful on cleaning any stains and make my carpets look great.

My area rug was almost completely dry within a couple hours of the service and there was no obnoxious chemical smell. The technician, Kevin, was kind, courteous and professional.

Very efficient and gets it done

I dropped my 5' x 7' rug at the Gilbert location on Monday January 18 for a general clean. I informed them that I was available again on Monday the 25th to pick it up. I called on Monday the 25th to verify it was ready and it wasn't done yet. Person assured me that I would receive a call when it was ready and as of Wednesday, Jan 27...no call yet! How long does it take to run a machine over a 5' x 7' rug? I don't have one otherwise I would do it myself. Next time, I will just rent one and get it done!

The representative (Brendan) that came to our home was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. He did a great job and answered questions that I had. He acted as if he
really enjoyed his job and was happy to be of service. I called on Tuesday morning as
we had a bad spill which occurred on Monday and Brendan was at our home to clean
the carpet the same day that I called. We will definitely call Zerorez again.

You should have a furniture moving option. Price paid where I had to move everything seemed high. Good tech.
