He explained the whole process to me and would have me look at the progress as he was going from room to room. He took his time and did a fanastic job. Starting with your great customer service , we really like the Zero residue as opposed to wet carpet with soap residue. Your heated water technique us quite effective - even on our older carpet.

Cleaning was inconsistent on the front room chairs. Parts of them still appear quite dirty and it’s even more obvious because other parts look good.
Technicians are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They always take their time to clean the carpets and make sure the job is done well. Carpets never smell mildew-y after and they feel so clean!
