The agent doing the cleaning was very informative and did a great job!
I appreciate that Zerorez continues to be on time or even early for every visit. We also appreciate that the Technicians are all very polite, friendly and patient with our dogs! The Techs have all been very conscientious about our needs & concerns about our carpet & take the time to clean & treat them completely. We will continue to have Zerorez come to our home 3-4 times a year!
your service techs are very professional. carpets were cleaned and look brand new.
Overall customer service was excellent.
Tim was extremely professional courteous, thorough and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain how their products would work and what I am to expect. My window of time was pushed back to the next two hours but Tim arrived on time.
My carpets turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend!
Excellent job cleaning. Carpet feels great.
Carpets seem to get cleaner and feel better
Carpet dries pretty quickly.
I just had my floors completed as I had a new home that needs my floors of 2 years old cleaned and sealed. When I can to see the floors, I was very disappointed. The floor looked to not be cleaned in many areas and all over the grout was still dirty. I actually was able to clean several areas of the grout on my own. It is not at all what expected as it just seems that it was mopped and thats all. My bill was over 500 and I will not do it again or recommend.
We're impressed by the job the tech did on our RV.
