Very friendly service person, guick professional job
Tech Josh was clean, friendly and knowledgeable. He represented your company extremely well. I could see how the tile scrubber and vacuum extraction worked. Good to have tile, grout, and carpet clean and restored as well as treated with protectant and sealant. I like the whole idea of high ph water rather than more potions being used in our house. Will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend.

Jason was very personable & professional. He did a wonderful job but I was a bit disappointed that a couple of highly soiled areas in the living room don't look much better. He did warn me that they might not come out.

I can walk on my carpet within hours
For the most part, my tile looks great! I love the no-harsh chemical process. However, the tile closest to my carpet was missed and a small part in my 1/2 bath. Residue from the cleaning solution was left on some of the grout but this can be easily rubbed off with a towel. However, I'm disappointed with some of my tile missed during the cleaning and the dirty tiles stand out among the other clean ones.
I was not disappointed with the service representative AT ALL. He was very nice and explained everything in detail. He was awesome!
I had a few spots on my carpet that are just normal wear and tear from traffic areas that did not go away after the cleaning and by the next day, it was worse than original. I just thought that my carpets would be cleaner than they ended up being.
Again, the service representative was great and would love doing business with him again. He is only working with what materials he has available to him.
