Did a great job and fast
From my very first call to set up an appointment, the lady I spoke with was so pleasant and very thorough in explaining the type of product used, the pricing, and the multiple contact that I would receive till the service agent arrived. Great communication. Could not be happier with Kieran and will request him for any additional cleaning service we need. He was very personable, smiley and explained what he was going to do and how the cleaning process worked. He kept me informed and asked if I would look at areas I had noted with spots. Gone! I like the clean citrus smell and appreciated the corner bumpers you use for walls. My husband arrived shortly after the cleaning was done and was amazed at how clean the carpets were. Will contact your company when we are ready to have our tile cleaned too. Thanks!
No chemicals and wonderful techs..
Evan the technician was knowledgeable! We like that Zerorez doesn’t use harmful chemicals to clean with! That’s a plus! We would recommend this company to anyone who needs their tile and grout cleaned!

The rugs and tile are very clean. There is no noxious odor. Technician wore booties and answered sll our questions. He worked hard.

First let me say I am glad I discovered the Zerorez services. We needed our kitchen tile and grout cleaned and I kept seeing your trucks in and around our neighborhood in Sun City, AZ.
From the first call to schedule the appt to the followup call to confirm the appt, I was impressed. The day of the service got a call from dispatcher saying the tech was going to be early and asked if that was ok. Abel our tech and a tech in training Carlos came and introduced them selves and took a look at the kitchen and explained how they would clean.
They took special care to protect the doorways not to scratch while bringing in the hose.
The whole process was impressive and they took the time to explain to me and my almost 100 year old mom. She so appreciated their kindness and patience and expert care of our floor. The kitchen floor and front door walkway never look so good and the grout looks like new.
Abel even took the time to survey some other carpeted rooms we would need cleaned in the near future. We will be asking to have Abel take care of our other carpet cleaning.
