The service was great! There was a vehicle leak left, but Zerorez was quick to fix that. The only complaint I have is the smell that was left behind after the cleaning. It smelled like burnt plastic.

Evan was very nice friendly person explained everything before he got started . My rugs were bad but they look amazing now . My grout looks good to floors dried fast smells fresh . With even the special treatment on some of the cat stains , they appeared again today. I know the service man did his very best. Do you have any other suggestions before I rip up the carpeting.

Excellent clean and fresh carpets. The stairs could of been less wet. You need a more powerful water extractor for the stairs.
