The service was great
My floors look better but not all of the stains were removed. I still have several spots in two rooms that are visible. I also have some crunchy spots from being cleaned.

I have used Zerores for ten years at homes in Oregon and here. I have always been happy with the professionalism of the service techs. I was not impressed with the service tech that came this week. He did not wear shoe covers and left dark black footprints throughout my house. I showed him a stain that I had only used water on because I had the cleaning appointment. I have never had a stain a service tech was unable to get out. We live lightly in our home. When he left the stain looked untouched. I went and got professional cleaning solution recommended by the carpet company and got the stain out immediately.

This was my 1st time using Zerorez. I will use you again. Lloyd did a great job. I had some stubborn stains which he got out. I chose to have a protectant applied so my carpet should remain clean a while longer than usual.
The technician arrived early in the window. Was very professional. Tile was cleaned well. The big surprise was my 20 year old carpet that I thought ruined, came out great. Much better than previous cleanings. There was no sticky feeling after everything dried.
Colton showed up on time, he was very professional and made my carpets look brand new. That is saying a lot since we have multiple pets!!
I love the way the carpet looks and feels after, it is so clean. And any kind of spot I have you always get it out!!

He didn’t even try to get my chair cleaned there where still very dirty and u can tell where he didn’t even go to area of the chairs
Everything was cleaned very well! The work was thorough and efficient. It was a bit pricey for our size of 4500 sq foot home though, but it was a good job.

Devon was a terrific technician.
I have nothing against the service or the technician. The technician was excellent and very professional. But I am extremely upset with the "system" procedures. The system automatically assumes every client is an advocate of "Smart Phones". This is not the case, and should never be the primary way to communicate with the customer. I booked my appointment via my computer. I listed my primary phone as my home phone which is a landline and not able to receive texts. I did list a cell number as an alternative back-up. On the day of service, I received a text that the tech was 45 minutes out. I did not hear the text come through, and it was 20 minutes later that I happened to see it. The text more or less implied that I needed to respond in order for the appointment to be kept. I tried clicking on the link with no luck. Finally I texted back that I was home. This entire issue could have been resolved more efficiently if I had been called on my landline! Once the tech was nearly finished, he sent me the invoice for a signature. Again it was texted to me. This time the invoice failed to come through because the tech could not get service due to a huge hill in front of our residence. Again, the invoice should have been emailed to me (which it later was). So in my opinion, you need to have back-up procedures in place that allows for texts, but simultaneous emails as well.

Spencer who did my carpet cleaning was outstanding. He texted many other service men of the company to try to obtain more of the chemical spray that took my oily carpet stains up. He was very friendly, helpful , efficient & answered all my questions.
