Just recently had carpet done for 1st time. Waiting ro see how well cleaning and scotch guard will hold up

Everything went well and was perfect from calling ahead, arrival on time and friendly technician.Most importantly the cleaning is great and as advertised! Our carpet is 10 years old but in good condition but the cleaning makes it look new.Two difficult wear spots were even cleaned well. This is our second cleaning and we will continue to use Zerorez, as well as tell our neighbors.

The technician was great. He was respectful of us working from home and worked around our work locations. Actually we hardly noticed him.
Could be because we have not had the grout cleaned in a while, but we thought the grout would look like new. It definitely was cleaner, but not like new.

The price is a lot higher than competitors. The carpets seem just as clean as with the competition. The tech was very friendly though

Our service person was Adrian and he was such a hard worker. Our tile floors turned out better than we could have imagined. The process of getting a quote over the phone was easy, and the final price was exactly what was quoted.

I have a pet so I have the carpets cleaned and after cleaning there is usually a clean smell but this time the pet smell was still there. It actually just made it worse because it was a damp bad smell. I don't think it was the tech's fault. I think the previous tech's that came out used additional treatments. I've always told the tech's to do what they is best to get the carpets clean. I've always been very pleased, this last time just wasn't great.

Our carpet is 6-9 months old but we have pets so we had the biological treatment done. There are still a lot of areas that show up with a black light and an area that smells like urine. It’s been 24 hours since the cleaning. I’m disappointed after spending over $350 on cleaning a one bedroom condo. I was undecided between this company or one of the others that have been around longer. I feel like I made a mistake in choosing this company.

We have used your company for several years now. Colin, by far, has been the best tech, he used equipment we have never seen before and explained, in detail, the process. I can not believe the wear areas are so much cleaner than your previous techs and our kitchen grout looks brand new. When I book a cleaning again, I HAVE to have Colin again!!!!

Tile grout was cleaned and the results are mind blowing!! I love that zerorez does not use chemicals. Wouldn't choose any other company because of that.
