Staff was friendly and helpful in giving me coasters for some furniture that I wanted to move to have clean for that area.

May I recommend that you inform other clients of the long wait to get their carpets back if they are dropped off at your place. No one told me in advance that it would take 2-3 weeks to get my carpet back when I dropped it off. I was kinda surprised. But the work was worth the wait.

My technician was Colter he was very nice and informative. The only thing I would request in the future if the grout is not cleaned thoroughly cleaned to not go ahead and seal without pointing out the remanents of dirt not removed. By the time I saw the floor as the room in between was wet carpet it was too late as he had already sealed the grout. I would have skipped the sealing in that case.
Technician was very thorough in explaining my choices and in cleaning the carpets paying special attention to spots. When finished he gave me directions on how to get the carpet dry and what I needed to do until they were dry.
Service was excellent, on time! Very happy with results!

i received a text message that the technician would be at my house in 20 minutes. So i left work to go meet him. An hour later he still wasnt there. i called to find out what was going on and i was informed he had problems with his van and would be there shortly. i understand things happen but couldnt i have been notified there was an issue without me having to call.
From start to finish it was very professional. The tech went right to work. Explained what to expect,..time to clean, dry time, etc. The carpet looks new!! Thanks for a job well done. We appreciate the fact that he was right on time AND ask about our pets being secured because the door would be open.
