Excellent service, professional, price is good
I had a great experience with Zerorez. It was easy to schedule an appointment (online). The tech let me know he was arriving soon and was very polite and professional. The results far exceeded my expectations. I had stains that I thought were permanent and they all were removed. Plus, no crunchy carpet and it looks fantastic. Special mention to Trey who was the tech. He did a GREAT job.
The young men that serviced us were very informative and helpful. Answered all my questions. They were very kind and patient. Worked very hard in getting a couple of the more difficult stains out. I liked them.
On time and very professional. Products clean well, do the job and carpets stay clean longer with protection coat. Able to add services after he came and appreciated his advise. Also told us about tile cleaner posiibiltiies . Was a remarkable young man and worker and thorough.

David did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in my home.
Tech showed up with no mask, no shoe coverings nor gloves as was said one would show up when placing the request to get rugs cleaned, he said forgot mask and other 2 items were optional. As I called to complain and get him a mask, he walked in with his own, saying he found it in his backpack, but no gloves nor shoe coverings which he had to go in and out of the house with dirty shoes and to.........in a senior home!
The machine that sucks up the liquid/dirt stopped working, he had to go somewhere to dump the dirty water and come back which took about 40 minutes. Then he had to start the process over in the 2nd room and 3rd. He apologized for my having to wait, he was nice about it. I do not want him back again and may not recommend 0 Rez. I expected better.

Your carpet cleaner was wonderful. The problem is in charging a single room as two rooms. You disappoint your customers by shorting them a room when you make an offer to clean 3 rooms.

Our tech did a great job and was therough, friendly and took his time! The downstairs carpet and hallway was not as clean as they usually are usually almost as though zerorez, has cheapened or changed the product. The same steps were performed the same by all techs but but this the carpet was not as clean as usual.
technician was on time, courteous, professional and overall an excellent face of the company. carpets are clean and fresh with no lingering smell or residue, it really works like its advertised! we will definitely be using Zerorez for all of our future carpet cleaning.
In hindsight I should have said something but being my first time using zerorez I was trusting the reputation. I had three rooms cleaned with one room being treated for pets spots. My understanding is that whatever treatment solution I paid extra for was added to the whole room. Instead it was just sprayed on the couple spots found with a black light. A spot was missed and was not treated and unfortunately did not come out. This quickly resulted in the pet marking the room again. Was not the result I was hoping for paying nearly $200. Overall disappointing and did not resolve the issue I went to Zerorez to fix. How to improve, if you are to pet treat a room, do the full room and not just a spot.

Non toxic, on time, call first
We had all the carpets cleaned and our sofa - but ever since then, there is a "musty" smell like what you would get from a full vacuum. Can't put finger on what it is but was not there before. Any suggestions?
Very disappointed with my area rugs. They did not get clean. On the white rug he pointed out two urine stains he couldn’t get out. I used my miracle spray, they came out. Once the rugs dried they looked just like they did before he cleaned them.

Zerorez has excellent tools in order to make the booking. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. They made the carpet, tile and sofa look brand new. I would definitely recommend them to any family or friend and plan on using their services in the future.
Mostly a good job. Was one traffic area that still had areas that could have been cleaned better.
Kieran was so friendly & professional. He had our 3 rooms done within an hour & they looked great even though our carpet is 17 years old. When they dried they were soft not crunchy like most carpet cleaning products usually leave them. I would & have recommended Zerorez to my friends & family. Plus my home smells very clean & fresh but not like a cleaning product. Thanks Zerorez!
