The carpet looks great when the sun is out. I explained that I had instances of urine and feces on the carpet and that is why I called (our animals got sick). He used his black light that just wasn't strong enough to see in the daylight. There is no smell as I got rid of that (which the cleaner told me I did well) but last night when I looked with the blacklight, all the urine and feces are still lit up. It is not the cleaner's fault, he did the best with the tools he was provided. Just disappointed that the main reason I scheduled the appointment wasn't able to be resolved.

Our carpets at a rental property looked great and smelled great after cleaning by Zerorez. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, & friendly. The only spot that didn't come out & we knew it wouldn't, was a red stain caused by a red beverage. Highly recommend Zerorez.

The carpets weren't as clean as they have been in earlier visits and were much, much wetter when the job was complete.

We will use Zerorez again, but will ask for a better trained technician.

This time, carpet still wet today, no wall protectors used, no shoe protectors left to use on wet carpet, wet carpet not raked so mat in same direction. Very unlike other services I have had.

There are still tracks in the main walkway, hall and entryway. The one drop size blood stain is still there. There are still stains in several different locations. Maybe if your technician had spent more time working on the floor instead of outside on his phone, we would have had a better outcome. I am not sure leaving his vacuum tipped over on the carpet and letting it drip while he was outside talking was of any help. Your pretreatment did little to no good. I am going to have to rent a shampooer and finish the job I paid you for.

They are safe and effective. Service is friendly and explains how things work well.

It seemed expensive, but we did have great service. There is one spot in the upstairs hall that I think probably should have been gone over a couple times - it may have been sort of dark because of twilight though and harder to see at the time of service. But we were very happy with the job done and that the company worked with us to come during a time frame that we could be there.
