Our carpets ended up needing more than just a simple cleaning, and he explained everything throughly and gave me time to talk to my husband to make the decision. I didn’t feel pressured. He updated me along the way and really took his time to make sure the carpets were cleaned properly.

Your process is the most thorough I’ve ever seen. My carpets are always so clean and never feel crusty. We had our tile cleaned this time and the grout looks like new!!! AMAZING!! Service appeared to be thorough and professional. I'm just learning about the product but it sounds good when I'm told the water is pure, and the citrus agent does a good job breaking apart the oils and dirt from the carpet (and seat fabric as I had our dining chairs cleaned also).
