My daughters Zero Rez cleaner was awesome & cleaned the grout on her tile. The person that came out to clean a home that we had just closed on for our clients, we are realtors, did not do a through job & the grout was still dirty. As Realtors, we would be unlikely to use Zero Rez again as we paid for the service for our clients.
It not what I expected. I thought it could of helped traffic areas better
Very happy with their service -- don't think my carpets have ever been this clean and look practically brand new now! The tech, Harold, was on time, friendly, hard working, and very professional. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone I know.

Very simple process professional attitudes and extremely clean carpets.
The carpet was damp for more than 24 hours so that was disappointing. There's no need to make it right. I've had you clean my carpets for three years and this is the first time I was disappointed in the quality of the work done. I had the impression that the person doing the work was new although was supervised by a longer employee.
The technician did a great job in the house but first tried to tell me the house would look and smell worse after treatment because of old pet stains. That did not occur so it seems like an upselling scare tactic. Also he emptied his machine on my patio, causing stains I had to clean up later.
It has been more than a week since my cleaning with your service and none of the foot paths have started to show up since. Your service person was wonderful and very nice.
My tech Paul was great. Very professional and cleaned my floors excellently. Stains came up from renters that I didn’t think was possible.

The technician was very nice and very polite however he did not get dirty spots out of our two area rugs. It’s disappointing to spend that much money and not get the end result that you’re hoping for. It seem like the technician hurried through cleaning the rugs as fast as he could instead of taking his time and trying to do a better job.

Carpet always comes out great. However we did get to armchairs dry cleaned and I think $60 a piece is just a little bit high for that service
My carpet looks worse now. It looks like the pre-treated area wasn’t rinsed out enough. I’m so sad. I’m not sure if it was my fault for choosing zero res or if it could be fixed with another rinsing?

Great process! Staff is usually very professional and congenial. The service guy on this visit spent an unusual amount of time on his cell phone. He would randomly stop, check his phone, scroll around for about 5 minutes or so, all the while the machine is running. With that being said, he was a neat kid, very polite. Might want to remind your workers regarding cellphone usage while on the job, very unprofessional. Thanks for the opportunity to voice our concerns.
