The carpets look great.

Had an area rug && 3 runners cleaned. don't know who did it but they are all matted down. Asked the guy if once I vacuumed if it would fluff back up & he said yes. I've vacuumed many times & it's still flat. Very disappointed but just won't use your company again

As per the description of the service provided the carpet would not be left “crunchy.” As my carpets dried after they were cleaned they were “crunchy” and took longer to dry than I was told. I chose ZeroRez due to the fact that it is advertised by not drying “crunchy” and it did just that. I could have paid less to have clean yet “crunchy” carpet.
The carpets came out looking like new. The technician that did the cleaning was professional and friendly. I will continue to use Zerores and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors.

Personal service from technician, he explained process that would be done. The lovely citrus smell from the rug cleaning refreshed the house. Rugs came out looking brand new. I was told about other services that Zerorez has to offer, tile, area rug, upholstery cleaning.
I will call Zerorez next time carpets need cleaning and maybe try the tile cleaning.

I use your company for my home and my rental property. The technician is always on time and prepared. They do an excellent job, are very careful around furniture and corners. The technician that cleaned my carpet and tile last Tuesday was a perfect example of these attributes. Did a superior job and was completed in a timely manner! Thanks for an incredibly clean carpet and tile!

I had heard about Zerorez for years the same way most customers do, smart consistent marketing. So I figured I would give them a shot. I had just bought a home on 02/21 and had them scheduled for the day after closing. I received a time frame window the day before (Friday) with about a two hour window (10:00 am - 12:00 pm) for arrival, which is excellent considering I work in the HVAC field and we typically provide a 4-5 hour window with a call ahead. Tyler had called me around 8:00 ish am and stated he could come early and upon approval he was there within 30 minutes.
I will start by saying, Tyler has a Great Attitude! Very confident and informative while subtle and straight to the point without the fluff. They originally quoted me for the services over the phone and with that I increased the amount for the budget by $200.00, preparing for any potential upsell that I may be interested in and/or any sight unseen problems. Honestly, this should be done with any improvement, modification and/or cleaning service/project.
CREATE A BUDGET!! DO NOT DISMISS RECOMMENDATIONS!! GET WHAT YOU NEED!!
Tyler walked us through everything, asked the right questions (which we did not have the answers for as we just moved in unfortunately), and explained the process to it's entirety. He was going to include my smaller master bedroom closet into the quote as I did not bring it up during the booking process (forgot the master was carpet *face smack*). I declined and told him to add the closet on to the bill (I want them to be paid for their time). He let me know there were multiple spots with evidence of urine from previous pets. I told him write it all up and lets see if its within the budget I have in mind. Unfortunately, it went over my $450.00 budget for the job so I let him know to do what you can within the amount. With almost everything taken care of I ended up spending $431.00 (including the tip).
Overall, Tyler was a fantastic technician who left us with no doubts, concerns, questions and to top it all off, (although we despise carpet) our rooms are EMACULATE and smell INCREDIBLE almost two weeks later!

Ease of schedule, good product, reasonable pricing, good customer service on carpet cleaning time.
Jeremy arrived on time (maybe even a little earlier!) and went right to work. My old carpets look refreshed and new! While he was here I asked Jeremy to also clean some dining chair upholstery. The seats are an off white and have had 10 years of wear - the years of spills on the seats were quite noticeable and although I’d tried to clean them I think I actually made them look worse.! I was at the point of recovering them. Jeremy cleaned each seat and added a protectant - I can’t believe they are the same chairs! They look brand new!!

They tore paint and took cuts in our dry wall in our stair way. I called have have not heard back. What was bad is we are selling the condo and only hard a few hours to repair and paint before the sellers final walkthrough. In this instance an Im sorry was not enough. Not sure I would hire them again.
