Apparently if the custom coaches don’t have tags only a dry cleaning is done witch is basically a vacuuming, very disappointed i paid $245 for vacuuming my couch . Rip off , train your crew to clean or don’t offer what you don’t know.

Not happy with the results at all! . The carpets don’t look much cleaner at all, the carpets are crunchy and were still wet 10 hours later. The blinds in our master bedroom are damaged. This was definitely not worth $228.50. I feel like we did not get what we paid for and should get a refund.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning on 031021 and the technician came out and cleaned but skipped a step and did not use the ZR LIFTER on my carpet in 3 rooms; I only know this because I had to have another tech come out and redue my living room...I was present during the entire cleanings and the ZR LifTER was not used. I appreciate the second tech ( 03/13/22, educating me on this and doing a great job....please make sure all your techs follow all the steps to avoid unnecessary redues.

If you have ANYTHING going on in your life and have a restricted diet that cannot necessarily be put into the preferences, make sure you NEVER call at 8am on a Thursday morning to try to change your order so that you can eat what is in your box. The chicken breasts are inedible but marking "no poultry, no beef, no pork" would really reduce the keto options as to my knowledge, there are no vegetarian keto options. The ground turkey, pulled chicken and chicken sausage frittata cups are good.
How clean my carpeting gets without the residue!
