Service was top notch.
It is clean but mostly the tech was polite and very up front of what he can and can not do.

I know there was higher humidity than usual on Saturday, but it after noon on Sunday before places in the carpet were dry. I had ceiling fans on plus a floor fan. The carpet felt wetter than other times.
After your company had taken out a dog urine stain that was several months old, I was surprised the dirty area in front of my couch didn’t come clean.

Easy to schedule a appointment, arrived when said they would, when right tow work and did a fantastic job. The carpet dried in less than half the time of other cleaning companies we have used. Will definitely use them again.

Carpets got cleaner. Technician was courteous and business-like. Having the ability to know when technician was expected to arrive and arrive on time was real plus. Didn't have to live with a time slot of 8 - 12 and cool my heels until he arrived at 11:50.
